Nan was fab, I agree I'd have liked a full series! All the comedies were great to some degree, had to be Miranda but I love Bad Education too

2nd: Happy Valley [5 points behind]
3rd: Casualty
4th: The Missing
5th: Sherlock

I love Doctor Who, but I'm gutted Happy Valley didn't win. It was definitely the best drama last year, and hopefully the 2nd series will be just as good!
Not disappointed with that, as both Happy Valley and Doctor Who were INCREDIBLE last year, but Sarah Lancashire must win the drama performance!

Yes I'm very happy with that Top 2 and Series 8 of 'Doctor Who' was a return to form but 'Happy Valley' really was a standout moment of last year for me.

I'm surprised 'Casualty' got third place though!

Fabulous result there, Doctor Who was a deserved winner definitely (and I wouldn't have said the same for the years in which series 6 and 7 aired, despite it being my favourite show).
Leaving a bit of SUSPENSE for Drama Performance and as it's currently appropriate, let's have a look at the DAYTIME category. The nominees are:

BBC Breakfast
Coach Trip
Pointless
The Chase
This Morning
Tipping Point

3rd: Coach Trip
4th: This Morning
5th: Tipping Point
6th: BBC Breakfast

The BIG daytime competition of Pointless and The Chase continues into these awards but which is your favourite?
BEST DAYTIME SHOW

WINNER: Pointless

2nd: The Chase [2 points behind]
3rd: Coach Trip
4th: This Morning
5th: Tipping Point
6th: BBC Breakfast

And it’s the better show that wins!
Damn, The Chase is by far my favourite out of the two. I love the concept of Pointless but the show itself is quite grating.
Which is your favourite Drama Performance? The nominees are:

James Nesbitt (The Missing)
James Norton (Happy Valley)
Jenna Coleman (Doctor Who)
Peter Capaldi (Doctor Who)
Sarah Lancashire (Happy Valley)

3rd: Jenna Coleman (Doctor Who)
4th: James Nesbitt (The Missing)
5th: James Norton (Happy Valley)

It’s another battle between Happy Valley and Doctor Who but who will be victorious this time? Only ONE vote separates it!
BEST DRAMA PERFORMANCE

WINNER: Sarah Lancashire (Happy Valley)

2nd: Peter Capaldi (Doctor Who)
3rd: Jenna Coleman (Doctor Who)
4th: James Nesbitt (The Missing)
5th: James Norton (Happy Valley)

YEY! A very deserving Sarah Lancashire picks up the award for her outstanding performance in Happy Valley. Congrats to Peter though who has showed himself to be a brilliant Doctor.
Which is your favourite FACTUAL show? The nominees are:

Benefits Street
Gogglebox
The One Show
Watchdog

3rd: The One Show
3rd: Watchdog

The two long running BBC shows are knocked out with one vote apiece. I could make a predictable controversial political joke regarding the two remaining shows but I will leave it.

BEST FACTUAL

WINNER: Googlebox

2nd: Benefits Street [9 points behind]
3rd: The One Show
3rd: Watchdog

A landslide winner but that was to be expected. Who knew that watching people watch TV was so entertaining (and factual)?
I loved Benefits Street but Gogglebox is always amazing! I remember when I first heard about it and thought the concept was pretty awful (it is on paper) but it just works so well.
Now, who is your favourite CHAT SHOW HOST. The nominees are:

Alan Carr
Graham Norton
Jonathan Ross
Michael McIntyre
Sarah Millican

3rd: Sarah Millican
5th: Jonathan Ross
5th: Michael McIntyre

An unsurprising top 2 and only one vote separates the winner :o
