The LuvBug track has been pushed back a week.

 

'Ayo' doing so well on pre-orders despite not being playlisted on any of the major stations or even having a music video (AFAIA) is rather odd, then again it is basically the same song as 'Loyal' and that was a slow burner so makes sense that the follow-up would be more frontloaded :P There's no way it'll chart as high as #2 though anyway I think, probably around #5 at best. I'd still expect DJ Fresh to have the highest new entry.

I had no idea Ayo was getting no support! Crazy that it's so high on pre-orders then! It might still reach 2/3 on iTunes though.

Ayo is very good :D but to see it peak higher than Loyal (and peak on debut) is a bit of an insult, considering it took weeks to get Loyal to its peak of #10 and last so long. I doubt Ayo will last as long. Though it might do :thinking:

Hoping Fifty Shades will give Jessie Ware a good shot at another top 40 hit.

It does now, just a few days ago~ which i'd guess the reason it's a climbed a lot recently

I don't expect DJ Fresh to beat Ellie/Ronson/Rihanna/Hozier personally, not sure about Ayo higher than #9/#10 either as it hasn't been around that long.

I'm gonna say this is a future top 5 hit. :wub:

I'm sure its release was a good few months after NIP, so I don't think that was hindering its sales. Maybe more of a case of people buying the album instead. Still surprising though cos I remember Radio 1 being all over it.

Ah OK, just goes to show there's only so much knowledge you can glean from Wikipedia :)

 

It only peaked at 37 but I'm sure it sold decently!
