February 15, 201511 yr at least Taylor didn't drop as much this week Also, Dean: I'm back baby. *turns on radio and "Shake It Off" starts playing*
February 15, 201511 yr Shows what idiots they must employ then - surely anyone with half a brain would have spotted that the track was due to be played at the end of the show! It's an easy mistake to make and nobody died because of it, plus we get to hear the track that was #42. They don't have to lay the #41 track at the end of Alice's show.
February 15, 201511 yr I'm glad Shake It Off is in the top 40 this week. Unfortunately it looks likely to be it's last. It could still appear next week, ain't Taylor nominated for an International Brit Award

February 15, 201511 yr It could still appear next week, ain't Taylor nominated for an International Brit Award  And she is performing I believe it could rise :D
February 15, 201511 yr I'm surprised that Don't is still in. However, I'm glad it has more top 40 weeks than Sing.
February 15, 201511 yr They need to end the show with a chart breaker, not the #41 No I meant from the OCC website.
February 15, 201511 yr Happy to see 'Shake It Off' scraping it for one more week, giving it a full six months in the top 40. Yay. I have still not got bored of it shockingly ~
February 15, 201511 yr It could still appear next week, ain't Taylor nominated for an International Brit Award  She is (and will likely win as she's gonna be there on the night) but The Brits aren't on until the 25th :P Was hoping for just the one Ed Sheeran song to suffer through this week, sigh.
February 15, 201511 yr Surely the longest run ever that a song that has charted at #8 has had. Still showing no signs of appearing Ed. Expect this to climb when the BRITS happen.
