41 87 Crazy Fool - 48-41-

42 82 Some Kind of Miracle - 35-42-

43 81 Walk This Way (Sugababes vs. Girls Aloud) - 44-43-

44 77 Waiting - 32-44-

45 73 Beautiful 'Cause You Love Me - 22-45-

46 72 What You Crying For - 48-46-

47 71 It's Magic - 56-47-

48 68 Turn to Stone - 56-48-

49 67 See the Day - 34-49-

50 65 Rolling Back the Rivers in Time - 46-50-

We now lose our first few singles! See the Day is the lowest this year at #49, which is lower than Walk This Way was last year when it was the lowest single. Walk This Way manages to climb one place this year but still won't crack the top 40. Beautiful 'Cause You Love Me also drops out in this section, having suffered a huge 23 place drop :drama: In all honesty I'm shocked it was so high last year!

33 107 I Think We're Alone Now - 29-33-

34 104 Miss You Bow Wow - 31-34-

35 100 Revolution in the Head - 58-35-

35 100 Whole Lotta History - 18-35-

37 93 Singapore - 67-37-

38 91 Love Is Pain - 37-38-

39 88 Love Is the Key - 42-39-

39 88 Nobody But You - 39-

Apologies for the delay since the last set of results, my external hard drive had some difficulties which meant I had to spend 2 days retrieving files! It's all fixed and back to normal now thankfully.

Two more singles drop out here, including Whole Lotta History, which drops 17 places to #35 :drama: It should be CLIMBING guys!!! I Think We're Alone Now also drops out, falling 4 places. Nobody But You is the highest new entry to feature in the countdown!

'I Think We're Alone Now' is way too high, one of their worst singles. Poor 'Whole Lotta History', their best ballad and one of the best Pop ballads of the noughties :(
Can't believe 'Nobody But You' didn't chart before, you guys! So happy 'Singapore' climbed as well.

22 194 Long Hot Summer - 28-22-

23 189 Wild Horses - 21-23-

24 176 Watch Me Go - 38-24-

29 133 I'll Stand By You - 19-29-

30 126 Crocodile Tears - 46-30-

30 126 Fling - 33-30-

Almost at the top 20 now! We lose the girls' second #1 hit I'll Stand By You as it falls 10 places. Going in the opposite direction, Every Now and Then has a huge climb of 15 places, and Watch Me Go climbs 14 places too! Long Hot Summer also drops out in this section despite a 6 place climb from last year.

11 332 Something New - 4-11-

12 319 On the Metro - 16-12-

13 284 Black Jacks - 24-13-

14 272 Life Got Cold - 17-14-

15 259 Wake Me Up - 13-15-

16 254 Girl Overboard - 15-16-

17 248 Can't Speak French - 14-17-

18 237 Jump - 18-20-

19 231 The Loving Kind - 9-19-

20 206 Control of the Knife - 29-20-

Singles aplenty in this section, with On the Metro now claiming the title of highest non-single! Girl Overboard slips one place to #16 and in doing so, it goes from the highest non-single to the third highest, following Black Jacks' 11 place climb to #13. Something New suffers a 7 place drop to #11 :drama: but The Loving Kind suffers worse and drops 10 places to #19 from #9 last year! Jump, Can't Speak French and Wake Me Up all fall from last year but Life Got Cold actually climbs above them all to a new peak of #14!

:drama: :arrr:

Joseph ha flop mod and not fixing it to win :drama:

Yassss Black Jacks slaying so much http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/ed2305b7.png

So did any album tracks make the top 10, or is On the Metro the highest-peaking one?

:kink:

On The Metro officially the "should have been a single" song! :snif:
A slight disappointment that we have an all-singles top 10, but it seems like those are the tracks most of us agree on (I never expected my own non-single top 10 choices to chart too high, especially after the boot & immune series), and each of the remaining 10 made my list (of 40), so it's partly my fault as well.

09 346 The Promise - 10-9-

10 334 Love Machine - 11-10-

Two tracks climbing one place each now, as Love Machine gets a well deserved top 10 place that it couldn't manage last year. The Promise is the girls' second biggest hit but is "only" 9th on this countdown, still respectable and it's not the lowest Out of Control single this year.
