McLaren's test driver Kevin Magnussen will not be having this contract renewed at the end of the season as test driver. Where now for Magnussen?

I would say that Haas would be the best option for him.

Looking more and more likely that qualifying will be postponed until tomorrow, the weather is absolutely treacherous from the pictures I'm seeing. And this follows yesterday's cancelled second practice.

 

On the bright side, Jolyon Palmer has signed for Lotus for 2016! :D

urgh this could have been fun Saturday night while watching Quali, really hope that weather will calm soon

there's no rain atm, so FP3 should start on time

Looks like third practice is going ahead with the FIA alerting the teams that this could end up counting as qualifying, conditions are still terrible though!

Indeed, Hulkenberg has wasted a few good positions in the last few races now :( At least Checo is solidifying Force India's 5th place in the championship, it'll be great for a team like them to get the benefits 5th place in the championship brings - not just the extra finance but the fact that they get a voice in the F1 Steering Group or whatever its called.

Back to back undeserved titles for the overrated egotistical c**t. Hurrah.

Worth staying up for to watch the highlights. A very good race indeed, one of the best of the season. Yes it was a shame for the two Nicos.

 

 

I have to say the Mexico City track could already have become my favourite, the atmosphere was incredible which rarely comes across on TV cameras at F1 tracks and I love how the massive grandstands are so close to the track in that stadium section. Love it! :heart:

^^ yeah it's massive, I also love how fast track is. Can't wait anymore for the race!

Apparently thunderstorms are expected between 30 to 60 minutes into the race, it could be another classic if rain gets involved! :o

Not a prayer of rain it seems at the moment! Looks as hot as the Sun there right there now :o will still make for an interesting watch with the pressures on the cars...
