May 29, 201510 yr Happy Rihanniversary  I didn't get to know Rihanna until SOS came out and everyone stanned about it and put Rihanna as their sigs and I remember thinking "cute song, too bad she'll fade to obscurity" and "jesus christ that monster forehead".
May 29, 201510 yr That video was amazing. Such a unique individual and a unique career too! At 25 years old, receiving an "Icon" award and it actually MEAN something/an award many people would agree with her getting at such a young age, says it all. Highlights just why I am a fan of her perfectly! HAPPY RIHANNIVERSARY INDEED. *.*
May 29, 201510 yr Her peak for me was definitely around 2007-2011. But its nice to have her around in the music business, you never know what she'll do next.
May 29, 201510 yr oh wow has it really been 10 years!!! and she's still relevant enough for Radio 1 to playlist her <3 definitely an icon of our generation, her singles discography is one of the best of all time.
May 29, 201510 yr It feels like she's been around for ages but it's only been ten years, it's crazy. When she came out she seemed to be (to me, at least) just part of a wave of R&B starlets, along with Cassie and Ciara (both of whom I love btw) and whoever else came out around the same time. Now her peers are all completely different and she's simply a big pop star.
