Just seen Zedd feat. Selena Gomez has been even further pushed back to 28th June! Maybe it will get playlisted after all haha :cheer:

It deserves to flop then :drama: (nuu Flutes)

LAWD at the constant pushbacks for this song, it premiered 3 months ago ffs. It will probably get only one week in the top 40 and then drop out very quickly, which wouldn't have happened if they actually released it when Zelena was still a thing and the song had hype.

The number of record companies that are continually pushing back releases until they successfully beg lobby radio to playlist them is absurd~

 4. Natalie La Rose ft. Jeremih - Somebody

 11. Lawson - Roads

Yeah, but they don't have much of a choice really. It's either push back the release date and hope to be able to get more radio airplay so the song will sell or keep the original date and flop.

I feel like his team's resorting to payola at this point :drama:

Hope Natalie climbs to #1 and ouch to poor Olly falling when he should be climbing

Damn how has Take Me Away stalled but Roads keeps on climbing?
I can't find whose observation I'm stealing, but safe Capital/mass audience friendly songs seem to pull ahead of their pre-orders a lot lately, like 'Don't Look Down', 'Cool', 'Stronger' (which had only slightly better pre-orders than 'Rumors' -> #4 vs #17) and 'Heartbeat Song'. Given 'Roads' has genuinely been hammered by Capital I'm not too surprised, though I did think DJ SKT would be much higher.

hopefully not considering that's illegal in the UK :P

DJ S.K.T :snif: :snif:

is it seriously not even going top 20 on iTunes then?? such an underperformance.

Guess deep house is now officially out of favour...

I think its commercial peak was this time last year when I Wanna Feel went to #1. A few weeks after that, Gorgon City's Here For You 'only' got to #7 when it was predicted to top the charts by many and deep house songs started underperforming.

I did think Take Me Away could have got top 10 this week, but it's seem to have stalled. It is a very popular song in real life though.

I think i made a point about this a few weeks back, agreed that this is a very plausible theory and one we should all be considering~ (given that most of these song's first-week sales come *after* they've been released, kinda makes sense the songs that are either highly accessible/have high commercial radio support would outperform their pre-order performances)

Somebody  2 :cheer:

this'll probably be her peak but after a slow start she finally managed to get there

 8. Lawson - Roads

 15. Charles Hamilton ft. Rita Ora - New York Raining

 75. Hurts - Some Kind Of Heaven

 168. Lost Frequencies - Are You With Me (PRE-ORDER)

Very surprised Lawson have made the top 10, thought they'd stall about 16/17

NYR making an interesting climb of 7 places in 24 hours

Hurts new single not making much of an impact  Shame as it's quite good, not a patch on the majority of their last album but heads above their first album

Lost Frequencies :o Have we ruled this out too early for a top 10?

It's also worth noting that Florence has 4 singles in the top 75  #17, #50, #51, #69, I think this album could do very well indeed, I was worried for a while with the under performance of What Kind Of Man
