And Brighton continue to top the table as the only unbeaten team in the league :cheer:

It's amazing, I don't even think that Brighton have the best squad in the league, but in Houghton you have a really underrated manager.

As for Leeds  Fatty Evans now in charge, the man is an absolute cock. Talk about having no ambition.

Houghton has a good record in getting teams out of the Championship (in the right direction). His record in the Premier League is less good (although far from awful). Let's hope he gets a chance to improve on that with Brighton next season :D

A former Bristol City player and a former Bristol Rovers player scored against us tonight. It's just f***ing typical really.

Too close for me to feel comfortable at the top. :drama:

That's how it goes sometimes :D

This season is so shit. It's like the 2012/13 season all over again. :(

Things can only get better for Bristol City, OutstandingMixer. Keep the faith my friend.

Things are hotting up with the top 5 teams separated by only one point!

A much better performance and result against Wolves last night. :D

An important win that, we really needed it. I really hope we can build on that result now. Massive game against Bolton on Saturday though.

Expect Hull to steam ahead. They have the best squad in the league, so seems only natural.

Must say I'm surprised at how well Burnley are doing, I thought they might struggle! Saying that, I think both clubs were well run in the Premier League (OK maybe Hull made some dodgy signings..) and it shows. Both teams have good managers, and even if they do have some disappointment, the foundations are still in place.

Burnley are a good team but they would probably be 7th-10th without Andre Grey, how I wish we actually signed him when we had the chance rather than messing about over the transfer fee (we'd probably be a good 5-6 points clear). :drama:

Burnley are a solid outfit at this level, but they were nothing special when I saw them at Ashton Gate a couple months back. We actually dominated the first thirty minutes or so, but we weren't clinical enough in front of goal. We then conceded two goals from set plays, our heads dropped and they controlled the game after that.

Andre Gray and Jonathan Kodjia would have been a lethal strike partnership at this level. :(

The most obvious result of the season there! As always we were in incredible form, Forest in awful form, we would've gone top with a win, so of course Forest win - just like they did back in January in a near identical situation. I do feel sorry for Forest fans, going to the extent of an idiotic pitch invasion because they've managed to go 15th in the table and win a match! :heehee:

That said we didn't create anything in the match, made harder by the fact Forest parked the bus after 5 minutes but credit to them for counter attacking very well indeed and defending resolutely. Mendes stood out to me as putting in a very poor performance though.

Hopefully some others in the top 5 falter tomorrow, but at worst we'll still only be 4 points off top which is far beyond my expectations at the beginning of the season - I thought it'd take much longer to get into our stride.

You're lucky that it's Hull v Middlesbrough tomorrow, one or both of us will drop points so you won't be that far away.

Ooh I didn't realise, that's definitely helpful - especially if you draw!

Fulham have sacked Kit Symons following their 5-2 defeat to Birmingham City yesterday.
