I'm loving the double act between Keeble and Marsden and it was great to see Sia (:lol:) joining in too. Sod the Kat and Alfie spin off and have them three take their place!

 

Someone gets charged with Lucy's murder next week and it's got to be Max - there's been subtle signs recently and he's going to be in the firing line after last night's episode.

I expected it to be Max all along considering he is taking his break shortly, but I didn't expect that they'd put Ben in the frame first so that was a good twist!

I would be happy to see a whole episode with just Marsden/Keeble they should move into the Square full time!

 

Great week, though I can see Ben's arrest already going to be a diversion before everything points at Max. I'm kind of looking forward to the character going away for a bit, I'm really beginning to hate Max at the moment...

Now that some of you have mentioned it, I can totally see Max going to jail for Lucy's murder. He's renting out his house, has no job etc it's like Abi said, he doesn't have much of a life atm, he doesn't have the money to be going to live in New Zealand or wherever for the year he's out, I doubt they'd kill him off so it makes sense for him to go to jail (again), his character isn't really doing much so he wouldn't be missed regarding the plot... Abi has basically cut ties with him for the most part too. The fact they included that line about innocent people being wrongly imprisoned backs this up to, as does the fact the police now see him as a suspect :thinking:

 

Then again, isn't Carol supposed to be leaving too? I just assumed Max and Carol's exit storylines would be linked, they've been a lot closer than usual too, going on motorbike rides and living together etc so maybe Max won't go to jail for Lucy's murder. I'm kinda hoping the Beale's get found out, Bobby is going to turn into the next Denny at this rate :lol:

The character has already been ruined so it's no huge loss. They need to stop making characters pricks for the sake of a sensational storyline.
