Zayn is looking good these days :kink:

Ian's stunt double doing a completely different post to him

I don't think Ian attempting suicide will have as big an effect on the public as they hoped. This is probably due to the fact we're all sick of this storyline

I'm happy that Kathy's story will finally can begin now.

Agreed, Ian's suicide attempt just seemed to come out of nowhere. It made a little sense when he started talking about not wanting to slip up and reveal Bobby killed Lucy but it was too late to actually care by then. Also it would have made more sense for Kathy to run out when Ian was still stood on the railings.

PC Luke Ashton in EastEnders and that scene with Aunt Babe.... Rubber duck.

With Ian's suicide attempt wouldn't they have had police all around there.

Probably but it may have taken a while to get there. What I thought was odd was the car passing when Ian was stood on the railings (and passing in the opposite direction to which Jane had traveled!).

That attempted suicide was pretty pointless, when we knew Ian gets to see Kathy for the first time. I just knew that would be the duff duff bit and that knock on Sharon's door was Kathy

I just finished watching like five episodes, I needed to catch up

firstly "Captain Beale"

secondly, where the hell did that Babe/Random bartender from Spain affair come from, I could not take that whole plot line seriously for even a second

Idk maybe I'm just stone hearted, but Ian's attempted suicide didn't really affect me that much, it was more of a ffs, is this actually where they're taking this now reaction, the fact that Kathy turned up at the end though made me feel like it was kind of worth it. I can just see it now, the Mitchells and Beales are falling apart so they're bringing Saint Kathy in to pick up the pieces

Yesterday's episode was pretty pathetic bar the Shabnam stuff. I don't understand why Ian has decided killing himself would solve everything. He was perfectly normal in the previous episode and if anything it was Jane who was most on edge and seemed likely to self implode. The confrontation between Ian and Jane was weak and the fact that the stunt double looked completely different to Ian didn't help. And finally, when Kathy finally allows her son to see her again he looks at her as if to say 'what? I thought you were looking after the caff' rather than 'wtf I thought you were dead'. They're going to have to make Thursday's episode amazing to pull this off because it was all very flat IMO.

Yep, agree with everything here.
