Yes it's already confirmed to be UK vs US and they'll be made to be rivals straight away. The "big twist" is seemingly separate to that but I assume it will be a literal split, like the house might be cordoned and one side side is good and one bad (like Rich/Poor in BB3 and Heaven/Hell in BB9), and there might be tasks each week or every few days to decide which team gets which side.
