Fair enough. It was a clearly divisive point though would you agree?

Yes it is divisive and agree that more scientists believe in it being man-made than don't.

The world is getting warmer. Take my wife's country, the Philippines, March to May was always the hot season but now it's unbearable, searing heat with hardly any wind. The cool dry season, Nov. to Jan. is now red hot, far warmer than it ever used to be.

Chris, do you not get fed-up with the pollution on the roads in London and the awful air quality? Even if you didn't believe in man-made climate change, you must surely support a move to hybrid/electric cars and a better funded public transport network to encourage people out of their cars? Something the Tories have been really woeful on over these past 10 years.

I occasionally travel to London and I feel quite ill being out in the air, it is just awful.

And Australia saw its hottest day on record this week. That new record lasted exactly one day.

Not to mention the advantage of generating our own renewable energy rather than relying on oil from awful regimes such as Saudi Arabia.

Can't say I've noticed it really. We live in East London, E6, almost in Barking and not bad here.

It's E4 in London East actually. If you watched EE you would know that!

The world is getting warmer by leaps and bounds and will displace large numbers of people in the central belt of Afro-Eurasia as it slowly becomes uninhabitable, causing a massive overflow of refugees and a necessary shift in population centres, hence it's very dangerous for any country around the world, let alone two of the biggest and most important, to have leaders who are either climate change deniers or don't see it as enough of a problem and it can wait 30 years. That target must be changed. Every other political party in the last election had a target that was closer. It can be done.

I'm almost entirely behind Sanders in the US just because I know he understands the risks and will put forward policies to address it, and won't be bought out by billionaire oil ghouls who'd rather make an extra bit of profit than see the world in a habitable state.

That arrogant pos Johnsons was smirking at the cameras as hr entered parliament to start his far right oppressive government. Pos. People jave just gone and fed that vile born to rule ego.
Oh, additionally, thought that £10.50 minimum wage was nailed on? Think again.

Surely it is prudent not to implement it all at once without consideration?

I still think that global warming is natural though and not man-made. Heck, even the US President doesn't believe in global warming.

IMO man-made GW is undeniable, but that there is an unquantified natural component to climate change too.

I see the election set-back hasn't dampened your rhetoric...

Chris may not have evidence to support his view but we now have evidence of his trolling.

Okay well as Vid says it's a combination of both.

Which is different to your original posts that stated it is not man-made. One of the only bases you provided for this was because well-known expert scientist Trump doesn’t believe in it. Your statements are therefore intentionally provocative.

So why does the POTUS pour scorn on global warming? He has no time for it and isn't interested in it at all. Surely he has access to the best scientific results on earth. Of course everyone hates him so he can't possibly be right for a change.

If that's the case then they shouldn't have campaigned on it unconditionally, then once in office added in the condition, because it makes a world of difference to the low-paid workers depending on it.

I thought you built a brand out of all politicians are liars, why, when the ones that do provably lie and break manifesto promises seconds after getting into office, would you make excuses for them?

There's no good answer to that! :P

The fact is the tory party is still made up of the evil born to rule landed gentrý. The election has just foritified that. Pure evil.

Oh give it a rest Michael. Am sure they don't all think they're born to rule. Nothing wrong with a bit of ambition though and wanting to succeed. Yes Boris aspired to be PM all his life but I see nothing wrong with that.

Also not all Tory MP's are rich. Yes a lot are but certainly not all of them. Some Labour MP's are millionaires too.

I think we all know the real answer. -_-

If you're going to assume anyway, why bother asking?
