Now we go back a even further 4 years to 2003 where we find this dance #1 from Fatman Scoop!

#1 two years ago, sounds amazing again after hearing it not too often these days

The Weeknd's funky MJ soundalike track 'Can't Feel My Face' is this weeks R&B singles chart #1.

The first of Duke Dumont's 2 #1's, this was his first from the first half of 2013.

Coming from that same year is Lorde with her debut single which topped the charts in October, 'Royals'.

Topping off today's show is of course the current #1 from One Direction with 'Drag Me Down' which is now their 4th #1 single as a group!

Thanks for doing this Rob! It's interesting to see what's being played on this show, a bit more variety this week it seems.

Anyone hear today? Don't mind taking charge :)

Ed's first EVER :jameela: #1 single back in June last year.

Holy heck this is one of my all time favourite songs! :cheer: amazing tune from D-Bed in 2001. This had 2 separate stints at #1 & 3 weeks in total.

Playing a Live version from the Teen Awards but here's the studio version. Jessie J's first #1 from early 2012 & now a million seller.

Katy Perry's first #1 from Summer 2008 which made quite the splash. Still remains the last #1 in the UK to spend exactly 5 consecutive weeks at the top (I believe?)

Back to 2004 for this one. Absolutely hated this at the time but have grown to like through nostalgia etc.

Good grief this drags on a bit doesn't it?

#1 Entertainment Story of the week:

That or something to do with what the US President listens to.

Huge track from 2003, another acts' first #1 single this time The Black Eyed Peas. It's record 6 weeks at #1 stood for another 3 years for longest running #1 of the millennium.

Staying in 2003, this managed a month at #1 in the Summer. It was Cantrell's only #1 & Sean Paul's first of 2, the 2nd of which wouldn't arrive for another 10 years.

Fast forward to 2006 now we have Nelly Furtado with her first #1 Maneater. It was a huge comeback for her & she would go on to have just the one more #1 featuring on Timbaland's track Give It To Me the following year.

Those 2003 hits

Sean Paul should have had about 3 #1's that year though, really was everywhere back then  Like a 2003 Jess Glynne or something.
