The Saturdays were promoting MHTO at the same time as the All Fired Up tour so there's no harming in touring and having a single.

I think so, though I do I have a feeling they might not do a 4th single and will go straight into the studio to prep album 4 for a winter release.

They should capitalise on the success they've had this era with a fourth single tbh. The previous two eras* have had four singles so it would be odd to have only three this time round, particularly when even the third single is on its way to Gold status. Something like 'Weird People' would do the trick following two ballads.

I agree, I really would like a 4th single. I don't expect top 10 or anything, but I'd be happy with a Top 30, silver selling single, that could hopefully push the album to 2xPlatinum before Q4, as Pippa mentioned*. And I'd really like to see them perform it (Weird People/OMG) on TV at least once, as the past two singles haven't been right for big choreography so we've only really had big performances from Black Magic this era.

I know they've mentioned they're already recording album 4, but I'd much rather a re-release and then a new album next summer or something.

 

 

*That being said, with the tour in full swing, and the fact they're starting to climb again in the album charts, I can see the album shifting 10k+ a week until the tour finishes now, especially with the larger arenas starting this Thursday. So it'll probably go x2 Platinum sooner than imagined.

Actually they have mentioned recording new stuff in a radio interview last month.

1,762 Behind 5. But the proper/bigger sized arena dates start from tomorrow, so they could climb next week. Possibly another week at 6 on the cards?

I would actually prefer if they could feature on a track a la Ella Henderson to keep their name out there for the summer. There's no single-worthy songs left on the album in my opinion!
