Just missing out on the top 2 is Pete, the winner of BB7 who was notable for being an all round nice guy, generally avoiding all the blow-ups and confrontation, as well as having Tourettes and a relationship with Nikki (which lasted a short while outside the house). That leaves two women fighting for the crown - BB10's bubbly model Sophie Reade and BB3's agreeable Kate Lawler.

I've gone for Kate. She was the right winner that series, I love her and it's great to look back on times when a normal girl like he could win (although Chloe did it too), but she'd be probably third or fourth for me if I ranked the winners whereas Sophie would be 2nd behind Nadia.

I've pretty much lost interest in this now as Pete was the last person worthy of winning IMO :lol:. He was a completely unique character who brought a lot of laughs (intentionally and otherwise) and was prominent throughout a hugely entertaining series. Sophie, for me, was a genuinely nice girl who did well to assert herself but didn't do much of note overall and was essentially lucky that the rest of the cast that year was so weak! I didn't see BB3, though by all accounts Kate was a good housemate...but obviously I don't feel particularly swayed one way or the other between herself and Sophie as the best ever winner. :/
