4th Power were definitely the most polished act of the night, fantastic choreography and stronger vocals than in their audition - although I wasn't totally on board with the song choice.

 

What was the song choice?

 

Nope never happened on a UK show I believe.

 

The only time a contestant has been kicked off was under the OLD rules that stated that they couldn't be signed/have management etc but now that is all changed.

Because they've won other shows and i'm sure in the past they've removed contestants for similar circumstances?

I don't think anyone got removed for entering previous talent contests etc... I know Avenue were removed due to already being with a label or something?

 

Cheryl's back on form this year I think after a bit of an iffy year last year, was great to see her mostly upbeat and having fun!

I think that's all down to her actually enjoying having a great new panel! :wub: I can't stress enough just how much I love this years panel. I'm glad that she seems happy again though!

I didn't recognise the song that 4th Power sung which is probably why I wasn't on board with it as much as I was with 'Bang Bang'. Someone on Digital Spy said it was 'Bound To You' by Christina, but I've just listened to that and it didn't sound anything like it so they are either wrong or it was massively changed up.

High drama with Mason Noise when he launched an attack on the editing of his audition and demanding the crowd to film his "speech" with their phones which resulted in the crowd booing heavily and his microphone being thrown on the floor!

 

This has appeared on YouTube, seems it was filmed from near where me and Joseph were sat, just a bit higher up.

 

What happened with Mason Noise? Everything was going great and then he suddenly offended Simon??!?

I was sat with Sinitta and we were having a giggle throughout! She booked an Uber after the boys though :lol:

 

She wasn't interested in the groups.

After he finished performing he suddenly asked the crowd to start filming what he's about to say, and then he asked Simon why he only got 47 seconds of airtime at the weekend when others got 10 minutes and then I think you can hear what happened after that!

 

If he hadn't done that I think his performance of 'SexyBack' was good enough for a seat, at least at that point in the process!

I actually have NO IDEA who he is, but HA at all that. No doubt it will feature HEAVILY in the promo (and encourage precisely nobody extra to watch).

I just didn't know why he brought Pitbul out with him (:lol: Just a joke, but who was the guy?). I personally loved Sexyback!

The guy is ridiculous. Complaining he didn't get enough airtime? Does he know that thousands of hopefuls didn't get any airtime AT ALL? What an arrogant prick. I'm glad the audience booed him and he left like a muppet.
