October 12, 20159 yr Author The only artist I'm not sure will make it will be Sam Smith. Bond songs don't usually end up on NOW albums and his bond theme isn't even in his re-release of his album either. We might get Sam Smith. We didn't get Adele because she's doing a Beyoncé and refusing to include her music on compilations and we've had Bond themes appearing on compilation albums: Try Hits 7 and NOWs 5, 15, 32 and 39 Edited October 12, 20159 yr by Hadji
October 12, 20159 yr We might get Sam Smith. We didn't get Adele because she's doing a Beyoncé and refusing to include her music on compilations and we've had Bond themes appearing on compilation albums: Try Hits 7 and NOWs 5, 15, 32 and 39 That's true. Plus other Bond themes have either been minor hits or done by Madonna, therefore no reason/way of getting them on the NOWs. I'm still thinking we're gonna get a new NOW Movies with the amount of successful movie songs that have entered the chart since the release of the compilation.
October 13, 20159 yr Then how come "The World Is Not Enough", "You Know My Name", and "Another Way to Die" never made it onto a Now album? They all charted well. Does the movie studio not want the Bond themes to appear on compilations any longer?

Does the movie studio not want the Bond themes to appear on compilations any longer? That's a good question. But I don't see why they will refuse to include Sam Smith. They include anything of his on these albums, even it is a flop
October 13, 20159 yr Chris Cornell and Madonna have never featured in the main series though. Garbage have only appeared once in the main series yet haven't with other decent peaking songs. It could all be to do with labels. Or perhaps the studio just want to sell the soundtrack.
October 13, 20159 yr Yes, I think it has to do with the movie studio, because Adele's hit songs always made onto Now albums except for "Skyfall". I wouldn't hold my breath for "Writing's On the Wall" to be on Now 92, but maybe they'll somehow find a way to convince the studio to give them the rights for a change. If they could do it for Furious 7 they might have a chance. Honestly, after hearing the song I would be more than happy if it didn't make the track listing.
October 14, 20159 yr Yes, it's probably the worst Bond theme I've heard. I wish they went with "24" by Lana Del Rey instead.
October 14, 20159 yr Adele hasn't appeared on any compilations lately. She doesn't seem to appear on the NOW spin offs Because she hasn't released material in three years. Rolling in The Deep did manage NOW 78 and I am sure Someone Like You made the same one "Notorious" by The Sats was on as well, might be wrong. EDIT: Someone Like You was on NOW79 and Chasing Pavements was on the second disc of NOW69. EDIT: And Make You Feel My Love on NOW77. Edited October 14, 20159 yr by SeanGrey
October 14, 20159 yr Author We could get double appearances by The Weeknd and One Direction on this album
October 14, 20159 yr Author Infinity isn't a single, that's why it won't be included. "Perfect" is the next single which might be included or they'll save it for NOW 93

'Set Fire To The Rain' was also on Now 80, so all her big hits apart from 'Skyfall' are on Now albums.
October 14, 20159 yr Adele hasn't appeared on any compilations lately. She doesn't seem to appear on the NOW spin offs Clueless as ever.
October 14, 20159 yr Author Clueless as ever.  She hasn't appeared on any of the latest spin-offs is the point I'm making

October 18, 20159 yr Lots of awful songs charting highly, and great ones barely making a dent. Some of it has to due with the on air/on sale fiasco. Edited October 18, 20159 yr by bluesunstorm
