Well we nearly permabanned originally so if it had come to light the first time we probably would have gone with a permaban from the off.

I expect he lied so he could stay as lounge mod assuming he knew he'd get a permaban for admitting it. Not sure if he knew he'd be found out sooner or later or he thought he got away with it. It's sad to see he repeated his actions though.

What happened here has no impact on The Lounge though. Regardless of that, that choice has always been at the discretion of Management. All we can do as BJSC mods is deal with what happens in our sub forum. The calls for dismissal were well beyond our sphere of control or influence.
