December 5, 20159 yr She's back - Natasha! How does that man stay on friendly terms with ALL his exes? Incredible! I guess he's just a really decent guy. I half-knew Natasha was in London because she'd tweeted a picture from an exhibition in London on the 29th November. I'm sure there was a Comic-Con in W ales so I thought she might have been involved in that. She loved Funny Girl last night and thought Sheridan Smith was amazing - two tweets and an instagram - and of course, she Kinda Love d Darius too.

December 13, 20159 yr Good podcast review of Funny Girl - 1st 10 minutes approximately. http://ayu-londontheatre.org/?p=771
December 23, 20159 yr http://kateinbrockley.blogspot.co.uk/2015/...-chocolate.html I can't believe they've just done 7 shows in 4 days! That seems ridiculous especially as Sheridan has such a demanding role physically and emotionally. She must be onstage nearly as much as Jill was in GWTW. Edited December 23, 20159 yr by Baytree
January 6, 20169 yr http://theculturedtraveler.org/2015/12/22/...colate-factory/ Scroll down for full review The show is very well cast. Fanny’s obsession with Nick Arnstein is no surprise, thanks to Darius Campbell’s performance. Towering over Fanny, he is both suave leading man and lost soul. And he gives the best vocal performance of the role of anyone I’ve seen or heard. In fact, a number that may have been cut from the original production (or was it written for and subsequently cut from the movie) – “Temporary Arrangement” – has been reinstated for Campbell. The supporting cast delivers the goods. Also, http://talkstageytome.blogspot.co.uk Edited January 6, 20169 yr by Baytree
January 6, 20169 yr Author Thanks BT. I'm looking forward to seeing it again at The Chocolate Factory in February and April at the Savoy. The review is absolutely right about the voices. I love Darius' voice in this, especially 'who are we now'
January 19, 20169 yr Thanks BT. They sound a bit bitter about the show being performed. But still sort of enjoyed it.....
January 19, 20169 yr Author Some of the reviews come over as wanting a repeat of what had gone. Then again, if it had been like the film I may have hesitated about seeing it. I liked that I actually cared about what happened to the cast and that it could make me laugh and cry.
