Hi Harry. I've missed most of this so just catching up now - but really liked Rae Morris, Mark Ronson/Bruno Mars, The Vaccines, Alex Adair and Philip George (great dance tunes from early 2015), Florence + The Machine and Adele so far.

Hoping for some Tame Impala still to come maybe? :D

Hi Doctor Blind,

Glad you liked so much and indeed Alex Adair and Phill George brought the greatness in early 2015  :music:

There might just be some Tame Impala later :P

Thank you for the comment :D

Hello ther eHarry

Glad to see Calvin up so high, it was definitely a refreshing change of sound. Personally I love his formula but it wsa nice to take just a little break and have something really polished and different - glad it turned into a monster hit.

Queen of Peace was always one of my favourites on the album so I was delighted when she chose it as a single. Same with Delilah, she's made such good choices. HBHBHB next please!!! She would definitely be my artist of the year too, I just had the album on repeat so much during summer that I was listening to nothing else, I'd love to see her live again just for the pure energy in the arena!

jess G Ellie yes! Has your stanning of her increased much this year? I saw you as a long running stan tbh!

I don't mind George Ezra. Cassy O was fun and lol and Blame It On Me was quite good! Budapest got overplayed by the time I got into it lol but it's good :D

Firestone  amazing!

Hello - not as amazing as the world worships, but the remix i forgot who was the remixer was decent!

Hold Back thought it was meh, then ok now i dont want any more of it its on radio too much! -_-

How deep lovely vocals, production nothing special tho like he usually is!

Firestone and How Deep Is Your Love are both major tunes   they'll be even higher in my chart :D the latter really reminds me of my holiday too as it came out whilst I was on holiday.

Hold Back the River got boring really fast, it's not amongst my most hated but I would happily never hear it again.

Hello is such a strong Adele comeback, from what I've heard of her new album nothing else is quite as good. Though I expect When We Were Young will predictably be huge next year after her Brits performance.

Harryflynn0908's Top 40 End of Year: Single Top 40

15-11

15. Florence and The Machine – What Kind Of Man

Chart Run: Florence + The Machine – What Kind Of Man [7-5-4-2-1-1-3-4-7-11-14-21-25-28-33-39] (16 Weeks)

Why: Second of Three Florence appearances. What Kind Of Man is amazing. It starts of slow and then gets really fast. Musically and lyrically in away is different from Florence's other songs.

14. Hozier – Take Me to Church

JChart Run: Hozier – Take Me to Church [15-8-4-2-3-5-4-8-10-12-15-20-25-25-32] (15 Weeks)

Why: This meaning of the song is so powerful that when he sings each note you can hear that power come out of his soulful voice. That is why I love it. Just perfect indie pop song that really gets to you.

13. Tove Lo - Talking Body

Chart Run: Tove Lo – Talking Body [29-17-10-7-4-2-1-1-4-6-7-9-13-17-21-25-36] (17 Weeks)

Why: Perfect quirky pop that gets stuck in your head. Always been a fan since Habits [Hippie Sabotage remix] and now this song came out in 2015 and I got proper addicted to it. Its a jam and a half. The song is pop meets sultry as well. Check out the album if you haven't.

12. Galantis - Peanut Butter Jelly

Chart Run: Gatlantis – Peanut Butter Jelly [13-9-9-7-3-6-8-11-14-16-22-22-25-30-37] (15 Weeks)

Why: Still cannot get this after my head. Perfect dance song that has great production and catchiness. For example Visualise It and Spread It Like Peanut Butter Jelly. Plus I love the video too. Total bonkers

11. Taylor Swift ft Kendrick Lamar - Bad Blood

Chart Run: Taylor Swift ft Kendrick Lamar – Bad Blood [1-1-3-4-7-10-14-16-18-21-28-33-40] (13 Weeks)

Why: This song may have only had 13 songs however I adore it so much. Kendrick's rapping along with Taylor's vocals blend together, much better than the original. The video is pretty bad-ass too as Taylor gets help from many celeb friends such as Ellie Goudling, Hailee Stienfeld and Haley Williams etc.

Talking Body was pretty good but there are still better tracks on the album :D

PBJ was a defining dance song of the year, wonderfully crazy

From your list of 10 I'm hoping Lost Frequencies is as high as possible but for a prediction I'll go for either Flo or Kodaline to win.
