I was really turned into a fan of Jess Glynne. When she unveiled Hold My Hand I was amazed. It was a great pop song. Not only pop but dance too. It is so uplifting from begining to end. She has honestly yet to top this for me. Right Here is close second. The song is a great one to listen to if you want a uplifting pop song.

The lyrics and production really are something. This is a song I would want as like a first dance at my weeding. So beautiful, romantic and lovely. Love it Love Love it. Just I am really happy still it went top 40 :heart:, Amazing tune. January 3, 20169 yr Queen Jess in the top 10! (Not my fave of hers though :P) I kinda don't mind that Kodaline track now after hating it initially. I still don't like Honest but at least the better song was more successful.

January 4, 20169 yr Hi Harry Glad to see AYWM not too high, I did really love when it was in BJSC but overplay really does bad things to songs and as soon as I heard those openign notes I had to turn off, just gets on my nerves now. Kodaline actually had a pretty great era in terms of singles, like you say it is stunningly beautiful. All their songs were massive growers because they were so subtle but I thought the album was a bit boring. Honest was very nice too but this was definitely their big highlight! Excited for top 5 now !

George Ezra re-released Cassy O'. It is such a catchy tune that just makes you want to sing a long with it. The video is so fun too. Love the poetic sort of lyrics and my favourite being 'The B*stard face keeping changing but I could still hear the ticking tock'. I just think not only is George Ezra so talented vocally or does have a have a loveable personality he is a great lyricist too. The triple threat of singer-songwriters. The lyrics are amazing and relatable. The video is wonderful and just breathtakingly slick the way it is made and what the concept is. The best part of it for me is the production. From the harps to the soaring guitars in the chorus. Florence really does give everything in this song from start to finish. You can tell she does by her excellent vocals :heart: Simply if you have not heard this, Listen to it ASAP. I just still to this day cant get enough

I remember when it was released I was really craving for it be summer allready due to this song. Such a indie bop and the lead singer (Kieran Shudall) really does bring that energy into this song. January 5, 20169 yr Yay at T-shirt weather getting some proper good attention, I don't listen to it much nowadays but it really was the perfect song for summer, just so uplifting and breezy. I should really go back to their album.. Ship to Wreck is probs the weakest track on HBHBHB for me but I do still really like it, the chorus is pretty massive but I do wish it was a bit less repetitive, it really shows when she starts repeating it towards the end! Lovely list Harry
