December 2, 201510 yr Their market is very similar though, they are both big names in pop and are aiming for the same target audience. I think (and this is just my take on it) Little Mix have caught a much wider audience on this album. They still have their young fanbase but 'Black Magic' and 'Love Me Like You' have both bought them a much wider audience checking them out for the first time. Ellie's had one of the biggest number one singles of the year though and as she releases more singles off her album she'll slowly sell more.

December 2, 201510 yr Author Perhaps Little Mix and Ellie are not aiming for the same market and so sales are not going to be comparable. Yeah. As Regine said, their audiences are very similar. In fact, I think Ellie is aimed at a wider audience generally.
December 2, 201510 yr So around 430K for Adele Second week? No one saw it coming. REALLY! Zero promo in the UK...

December 2, 201510 yr Justin Three-songs-in-the-top-5-ber *.* Hope 99 Souls remain top 40 with Sugar and Sigala but sad Craig will miss it :( Edited December 2, 201510 yr by Adam's Satsuma🙁
December 2, 201510 yr 4 Little Mix Yass, Slay Queens. :cheer: Justin three songs in the top 4, omg :o
December 2, 201510 yr Crazy for Little Mix, so pleased for them. A successful first single and follow up single has done the worlds of good for the album and the tour. They are touring in 34 arenas (all sold out except from a few) in the uk next year, and often keep adding more to that figure aswell. Does anyone have DNA & Salutes chart runs or is there anywhere to find them? Ellie Gouldings albums a bit disappointing in the chart run and song wise - personally my least favourite of her albums.
December 2, 201510 yr Grr, that is intensely irritating for The Corrs. Then again it's more than what I initially expected for the first week of December and no doubt it will have decent opening sales.

December 2, 201510 yr LM's performance certainly is fantastic, especially when looking at the chart runs of DNA and Salute and where they were at this point. Is it possible -- without the top 200 update -- to know whether there is any data missing? I'd suspect that there is as usual, though it wouldn't make a difference to the current positions looking at the chart.
December 2, 201510 yr So around 430K for Adele Second week? No one saw it coming. REALLY! Zero promo in the UK... Apart from the hour long Adele at the BBC special on the day of 25's release
