December 25, 201510 yr Yeah, essentially Mariah probably lost about 2-3k sales because of this, so feel free to be annoyed if her top ten gap is less than this! It's also Apple Streams that are missing as well regularly. They really, really should fix it... And Im sure they will in time... It's particularly annoying this week as 28 Beatles songs are in the Spotify Top 200 for the UK for yesterday and also Mariah is Number 1 yesterday. The website states 500,000 odd streams, so as 10 streams count towards one sale, thats quite a lot of sales missing...

And usually I don't mind THAT much, even though it's very unprofessional. But It's VERY annoying this week considering it could have made huge differences for some songs. Mariah and Pogues would have been up a couple of places. Driving Home for Christmas would have been higher and would could have even seen Leona top 60 as she rised from 68 to 32 on Spotify today.
