It went on around 5pm, and Work was immediately added to all the main pop playlists. I'm pretty confident it's an issue as all the songs are showing to have had less than 1000 streams from yesterday, which isn't possible. The main bulk of streaming on weekends is in the evenings anyway, when people are partying.

Good start for Adele! With it climbing well on iTunes, could even be a new peak this week.

No sign of Rihanna in today's update.

Maybe like with Zayn (last Saturday) the different versions have yet to be combined..? It is feasible given the level needed for T200 is 23K, and that being split across 4 versions has meant that no one version has been streamed enough to chart.
