So radio 1s favourite indie band are back with a little snippet from the upcoming second album which is set for a June release.

 

She also played some new Jake Bugg called 'On My One' which sounded great, think he'll be back soon with an actual hottest record.

Predictions for today's additions:

I would say they'll add the Mike Posner single but that apparently has an impact date of 22nd April (!!!) although I'm not sure whether that's a mistake or not...

 

And I'm certain they'll finally remove 'Stitches' from the playlist today.

'Clearest Blue' is their best track for me. I love it so much and I'm so happy it'll get the single treatment (even if it is gonna do nothing.)

Strange indeed that there's no A/B list?!

 

Anyway with what we have good to see the addition of the Icarus/Aurora track - it's fantastic!

Soul2Streets are pluggers for mostly urban acts, including Anderson .Paak so they'd receive the playlist update before Radio 1 publishes it on Twitter.

Hopefully they remove "Here" from the playlist. It's had it's time and I'm sick of hearing it!

I think the reason that they haven't uploaded is is probably simply that they forgot.

 

Yay that Beyonce is (probably) up to the B list though.

It has been moved to R1s TIDAL playlist.

 

It's a new exclusive playlist: They don't actually play anything and nobody is listening. (Although you occasionally hear Kanye ranting about Bill Cosby being innocent!!!!! and him not being into 'bum stuff')
