Really don't understand this Bieber obsession at the moment, three songs in the top 3 is ridiculous, they're better than his past stuff clearly but not deserving of this success! Hopefully they go away soon.

1990, The Joker and The Groove Is In The Heart had the exact same sales. The former was awarded the official #1 for bigger sales growth.

On one week, The Joker by Steve Miller and Groove Is In The Heart sold the same amount of copies and were joint highest-selling song of the week. The OCC ruled in favour of "The Joker" being number one, which meant "Groove Is In The Heart" was never a number one.
