May 6, 20169 yr First listen rate: 09 Watch Me Do 10 Me Too (will probably come my favourite soon) 11 No 07.5 Better (ft. Yo Gotti) 08.5 Hopeless Romantic (yeah this is basically a solo Like I'm Gonna Lose You) 10 I Love Me (ft. Lunchmoney Lewis) 09 Kindly Calm Me Down (Great track, really nice) 10 Woman Up (this is INCREDIBLE, pop-bop and really simillar to the Ashley Roberts song of the same name) 07.5 Just A Friend To You (Nice but bit fillery) 07.5 I Won't Let You Down (also nice) 09.5 Dance Like Yo Daddy (Massive bop but some of the lyrics are awful! (The Simon says one in particular)) 09.5 Champagne Problems (Incredible) 10 Mom 09 Friends (Gets so much better as the track goes on, pretty anthemic) 10 Thank You (ft. R City) (Shocked how much I love this, another great track!) Absolutely incredible album! Me Too is slaying me so badly right now
May 7, 20169 yr 11 Watch Me Do 08 Me Too 10 No 08 Better (ft. Yo Gotti) 08 Hopeless Romantic 02 I Love Me (ft. Lunchmoney Lewis) (hate this one) 10 Kindly Calm Me Down 09 Woman Up 05 Just A Friend To You 06 I Won't Let You Down 09 Dance Like Yo Daddy 08 Champagne Problems 06 Mom 05 Friends 07 Thank You (ft. R City) Some may grow on me, this is after my first listen.
May 7, 20169 yr Dance Like Yo Daddy and Champagne Problems are both full on 10/10's now for me after a few listens! So that's now half the album being a 10/10 for me  Fantastic!
May 12, 20169 yr Kindly Calm Me Down is excellent, would make a fantastic single I think, shows off a different side to her and would sell the album!
May 13, 20169 yr Had this on at work and it made no impression on me. I'll have another listen at some point when I'm not doing work. But the lyrics were awfully cliched and pretensious. By the 4th song, I was like "okay, I get it". Had Jessie J released this, there would be nobody sticking up for her tbh.
May 14, 20169 yr Kindly Calm Me Down is amazing! I Won't Let You Down, Just A Friend To You and Hopeless Romantic are all good too. Overall, a solid album, although not everything is good (I'm looking at you, Dance Like Yo Daddy)
May 15, 20169 yr Hopeless Romantic and Woman Up are incredible! Hopeless Romantic reminds me of Like I'm Gonna Lose You mashed up with 3am, such a lovely track! Woman Up sounds like it could have been on Title which is probably why I love it and totally shows how shes not anti-feminist as claimed by critics after Dear Future Husband. Will listen to the rest later but sounds promising so far
May 18, 20169 yr Musically the songs are OK but some of the lyrics are so cliched and cringeworthy it makes it almost unlistenable for me. I know it's been mentioned before but 'Mom' is just lyrically awful! And it contains the most ridiculous lyric ever, in a song about her mum when she sings "see we go way back" no shit, Meg?
May 18, 20169 yr How is this doing worldwide, I know it's been a bit underwhelming in the UK, but I'm assuming it's doing better in the US?
February 9, 20178 yr It hasn't been confirmed... a fan site posted a video clip of someone filming something. It's more than likely just for her shoe range as the focus seems to be on "I'm A Lady" atm.
February 9, 20178 yr There are atleast 5 songs on the album that would make better singles than Dance Like Yo Daddy, so let's pray it's not true. I was happy with Better, but it wasn't pushed anyway.
