So they're yet to perform (yay for a later slot *.*) but boo that they're to come right in front of Rihanna and Adele! So I assume all the talk will be on their two's performances. The girls will get talked about a lot I reckon, but will be overshadowed by Riri and Adele fo' sure. :(

What really annoys me about 1D winning, is 1st they don't need it, 2nd the video is genuinely not the best one, 3rd only 2 of them bothered to turn up, 4th they are on hiatus and 5th the song is meh aswell! There's more reasons why I'm super annoyed.

I'm so mad and sad. And everything. Maybe they'll win it in 2018 when they get nominated again.

No need to be sad. There was never really a huge chance they'd win, it's an uphill battle. They are much more likely to win next time.

 

Positive - they had easily the best performance of the night (Adele hasn't performed yet). And I think anyone would tell you that.

I doubt it with anything off Get Weird. Because it just won't smash the way Black Magic has, and a big reason why they were nominated. The only way I see them being nominated next year is if they go for another album release at the end of this year, and they have a black magic sized hit

As big as the girls' fanbase is, I never expected them to beat 1D in a fan voted award. It's sad because 1D don't deserve it for their video but it could be them on a white background or a lazy tour video and they'd win it, because of their fanbase.

Rightfully so! Till the day I die I will be mad they weren't up for best group over 1D. I can deal with losing best video. I like the Drag Me Down video, and obvs happy for 1D, plus i never expected to win really. But to not be nominated over another pop group they've outdone this era was a joke, and it's equally laughable that they've had to wait until said group goes on hiatus to get a sniff...honestly.

 

Just praying album 4 smashes even more than get weird, and they can actually win something next year (should they go down that route of course)

 

On a less ranty note :lol: : BM, SLS, and GW appear to be having nice little boosts from the amazing performance thus far :wub:
