It'll be Black Magic then, SLS isn't exactly something you can mash up. And I can't see it having surprises either.

Surely the surprise could be Jason Derulo?

 

I can't really see a mash-up of 'Black Magic' and 'Love Me Like You' being much of a surprise seeing as they already did that on the big platform of The X Factor.

Or maybe SLS with a bigger artist than Jason? Or even Craig David considering he covered it not long ago and has done a favour or 2 for Cowell recently!

Apparently (according the Twitter) the girls have cast female dancers for their performance.

So, I guess this confirms it as 'Black Magic' then! That's a shame, but still EXTREMELY pleased that they have a performance slot. :wub:

 

At least it sounds like they're going BIIIIG on this performance.

Unless it starts off with Black Magic and instead of singing her verse, Jesy breaks into Secret Love Song and it goes from there?

I don't think I'll give a shit how good the performance is if it isn't 'Secret Love Song' tbh. :(

tbh I am disappointed, Unless they are going to do something with the dancers like Paloma did with hers last year? If they perform Black Magic again it will begin to look as bad as The Script performing Hall of Fame every opportunity they get :lol:

I'm still really looking forward to it tbh, I'm confident they'll bring some sort of surprise and I'm sure Secret Love Song will have residual benefit from any Little Mix promo (remember the effect When The Bassline Drops had for Craig when he performed with R&B).

 

It does trouble me as a wasted opportunity though as, like I've mentioned before, I really believe they'd capture a whole new audience and it'd propel their fame to a whole new level with a more vocally powerful performance.

 

It would be good if they at least did 1 minute of SLS before bursting into Black Magic.

It's very annoying of course but Joe's right, it will have a knock on effect on SLS anyway and it's bound to be one hell of a performance!

Damn, this does appear to be further evidence to be Black Magic. Tbh as much as I adore BM, if they ain't doing Secret Love Song, I kinda want them to switch it up completely, and perform Move, or Salute, or something :lol:

Y'know what. I don't care anymore. :lol: (as nice as it'd have been for SLS) I'm just so greatful and thankful that they have one of the biggest performance slots of their careers and WHAT A SONG that they get to perform!

 

Hopefully it'll give it a significant boost towards becoming an eventual million seller, quicker. I doubt they'll do enough to go top 40 again (maybe on itunes, but def not officially), but if it can reignite major interest in the album and get people who wouldn't usually notice them, to actually sit up and think "wow. They're great!" then I'd consider it a huge success. Also, I can see this boosting tour sales quite a bit!
