They're well and truly on the Brits radar now. And after 2 eras of not quite being at that level, they are now. And as long as they can sustain their success they'll have no issue getting nominations in the future. It took Girls Aloud until their 3rd or 4th year being nominated to finally win.

It took them a year out to produce their best sellers though. With a much bigger tour coming up I can't see anything coming out until 2017 so yes, 2018 as said above.

This is true! hopefully next year will be our year. TBH the best moment of the night was their's and Adele's performances so they should be really proud of that. They made a statement tonight, trust

They more than knocked it out of the park with that performance, it was seriously world class and easily the performance of the night. I'm actually glad they performed 'Black Magic' now, that was such a moment of ecstasy.
Okay so I may have to kinda take back my disappointment at 'Black Magic' being performed yet again. Was easily the best performance (baring in mind I tuned out after the narcissistic Bowie tribute) and really proved themselves, showing it is possible to dance and sing live actually well (I know the chorus was mimed but the verse clearly weren't but were still note perfect). They all looked great too.

What an epic performance that was from my girls, so proud of them!

My only small complaint is that I wish they wouldn't mime on the chorus. They're fantastic vocalists, they really don't need to mime so much.

Just got back from work and just saw the performance...

HOLY CRAP. WOW. Looking forward to seeing it in HD, but even the shitty quality couldn't take away just how good that performance was. It really saddens me just how consistently good they are as performers and somehow they still seem really underrated?

I'm floored. Seriously, wow. It really puts it into perspective just how much harder girl bands have to work to be appreciated. I don't think I've seen a boyband performance that could rival this performance on the same level since *NSync/Backstreet Boys.

I just hope after 1D are now no more, a performance like this, and their continued chart success in a field that it is notoriously hard to maintain (i.e for Girl Bands) Syco finally invest some good, decent promotion for them worldwide. Surely that's the next step
So, I was sort of expecting a bigger boost from the BRIT's.. is it too soon to analyse?
Added to their VEVO page!

Sexy Mix! :kink:

I think, as good as the performance was, they did something that is 9 months old and has sold close to 800k, so boosts were always going to minimum, it's a shame and is why they didn't perform SLS, but oh well, I'm glad they gave the amazing performance they did.

Grr that Jess Glynne managed to get a bit of her new single into her performance though.

Providing me Saturday teas during the chorus <3

It is a shame that the boost wasn't the best but that performance was incredible.

Hopefully they can incorporate SLS into their Ant & Dec performance on Sat. That must have a bigger audience figure than the Brits had seeing as the Brits were up against the Sports Relief Great British Bake Off.

Last night's BRIT Awards was watched by 5.8m and I think last week's Takeaway was watched by 7m+ (both including +1 I think) so hopefully a good boost for them!

Did anyone notice Jade falling over at one point?

Amazing performance though.

2nd top trend on facebook! Behind non-BRITS related stuff. *.*
Where in the video is it? I didn't notice it

Just before they throw the sticks through their legs. Looks like Jade got on her knees to fast resulting in her crashing a little harder than the others.
