January 18, 201610 yr It's always interesting to see the various fortunes of albums after an artist passes on and how they react to re-stocking in the following weeks. Is Best of Bowie a lot cheaper than Nothing has Changed and is now outselling it because of that, or have copies of Nothing Has Changed dried up and now buyers have resorted to Best of Bowie? Or perhaps Best of Bowie is more desirable and was just out of stock last week? /kobbar. Edited January 18, 201610 yr by Colm
January 18, 201610 yr I'd imagine Best Of Bowie is cheaper now. It's such a widely-discounted album I sometimes feel like the only person who ever paid full-price for it and of course it's no longer current. If I were looking to buy a best-of now I'd prefer Nothing Has Changed because it's more up-to-date but most casual buyers probably aren't fussed about anything after about 1983 so they might be plumping for Best Of. EDIT: also presumably people are searching online for DAVID BOWIE BEST OF so the album that's actually called that will come up first in searches. Edited January 18, 201610 yr by The Hit Parade
