February 25, 20169 yr I remember being so gutted when War Of Nerves only got to #7. But then I was stanning for them pretty hard back then...
February 25, 20169 yr Am I the only person who is/was bored to tears by Pure Shores, such a non event of a song.
February 25, 20169 yr I think 'Never Ever' is in fact the best selling song by girl band too. Both are excellent but I think 'Pure Shores' edges it for me. Nope, I think it's still just behind Wannabe.
February 25, 20169 yr Wannabe was said to be on 1,360,000 as of last August. It's always been a close run thing between it & Never Ever! Definitely the ultimate two singles by British girl groups. A shame about the low position of Rock Steady, for me it's in their Top 5 best for sure.
February 25, 20169 yr All Hooked Up, Bootie Call and Black Coffee <3 Also Rock Steady was a great comeback, shame that Chick Fit was such a misstep... Chick Flick eas sooo bad
February 25, 20169 yr This thread has reminded me just how much I adore Black Coffee, I'm going to have to dig that out now as I haven't listened to it in years.
February 25, 20169 yr Well these are the "sales" of All Saints in my charts, 2 of 'em could do with re-entering to hit that million :cheer: 1 24 ROCKSTEADY All Saints 903600 2006 1 27 PURE SHORES All Saints 902900 2000 6 19 BLACK COFFEE All Saints 454200 2000 6 18 NEVER EVER All Saints 372400 1997 5 17 ALL HOOKED UP All Saints 335250 2001 6 11 WAR OF NERVES All Saints 323450 1998 10 12 UNDER THE BRIDGE/LADY MARMALADE All Saints 227000 1998 12 9 BOOTIE CALL All Saints 179800 1998 75 1 I KNOW WHERE IT'S AT All Saints 5000 1997 Now isn't that a much better list?
July 25, 20186 yr Author OCC: Their official best selling singles are… No surprise to see Never Ever on top with 1.37m sales and 10.5m streams, but how did the rest of their hits fare? Pure Shores finishes second place with 824,000 sales, but is in fact their most streamed song with 13m plays. At the lower end, 2016 comeback track One Strike sneaks in at Number 10 and is their third most streamed single to date. TITLE PEAK POSITION YEAR 1 NEVER EVER 1 1997 1,475,000 2 PURE SHORES 1 2000 954,000 3 UNDER THE BRIDGE/LADY MARMALADE 1 1998 4 BLACK COFFEE 1 2000 5 BOOTIE CALL 1 1998 6 WAR OF NERVES 7 1998 7 I KNOW WHERE IT'S AT 4 1997 8 ROCK STEADY 3 2006 9 ALL HOOKED UP 7 2001 10 ONE STRIKE NA 2016
July 25, 20186 yr Good to see Black Coffee rise to their fourth best seller since they last did this list when Red Flag came out. Wouldn't be surprised if One Strike overtakes All Hooked Up eventually as it still gets a fair amount of Spotify action.
July 26, 20186 yr Pure shores is my fav. It's their one song I keep streaming. Also love Surrender as an album track.
July 26, 20186 yr Pure shores is my fav. It's their one song I keep streaming. Also love Surrender as an album track. My fave album track of theirs!! Pure Shores and Black Coffee, two back-to-back pinnacle no.1s, are their best. Listening to War of Nerves for first time since I was like 14, as I hated it then. Omg my tastes have definitely matured into this! :o
