March 18, 20169 yr Girls was a nice rediscovery for me when listening through the tracks. Also the same with Wouldn't You.
March 18, 20169 yr Author #9: Spaceship (Tinchy Stryder feat. Dappy) 8.4 (no 11s) You will always be my undercover lover, nothing like no other, Lemme take you aboard, a boat no dubber... vTV4mr94ijk Now I'm getting bags of money, I get a fiver: Spadz, Harry, Dobbo (10), Lee, burbe, Kuki Sanban, Mack, Haus (9), SamJudd (8) Mama thought I wouldn't make it: Ultraviolence (1) :music: Dappy collabs with rapper Tinchy Stryder B-) to provide us with a jam. I'm thrilled and surprised to see it this high, as I'd've thought it would get a lot of low votes (like Rockstar) but it's great to see it as high as #9 :cheer: Despite peaking at #5, as well as becoming Dappy's first solo hit, it spent a floppy 8 weeks in the top 75. March 18, 20169 yr Author #8: We Dance On (feat. Bodyrox) 8.4 (more 11s) I'mma stand up like a soldier, I'mma get them 'til it's over, I'll keep marching to the beat 'til there's bruises on my feet, now I'm falling to my knees... 5GxwM6wnWpg Tonight I'm gonna take over: Ultraviolence (11), Spadz (10), Lee, Harry, Dobbo, Kuki Sanban (9) It's gonna be real hard: None :D We Dance On samples Pachabel's Canon In D Major, and it's such an anthem in the trio's career :music: It became a decent sized hit also, peaking at #6, but as usual spent only a handful of weeks in the top 75: 11. March 18, 20169 yr Author #7: Explode (Cover Drive feat. Dappy) 8.6 I feel it banging, got me vibrating, You got me and I'm falling, so don't let me go... HQWAk92KEa8 You're hot: Lee, Dobbo, burbe (10), Spadz, Harry, Kuku Sanban, Mack, Haus (9), Throw you in the cooler: SamJudd (4) One of Dappy's more forgetful tracks, not just because he's merely a featured artist but also because it only reached #29 in the chart and 4 weeks in the top 75. I do love a bit of Cover Drive :P I also like Dappy's verse here, works really well with the Cover Drive vocals :D Still in: http://i.snag.gy/790zT.jpg 4/19 http://i.snag.gy/hmyML.jpg 1/14 http://i.snag.gy/Md8Kd.jpg 1/6 Edited March 18, 20169 yr by Ethan Bradberry
March 18, 20169 yr Author #6: I Need You 8.95 I came so close, you touched my body, You left me standing like a statue,... Nxq-wCf5G8o I gotta find someone like you: SamJudd, burbe, Kuki SanBan, Mack, Haus (10), Lee, Harry (9), Spadz (8.5), Dobbo (8) I don't understand: Ultraviolence (5) One of N-Dubz' more successful hits, and their second top 5 hit (or their first alongside no other artists). Definitely one of their more memorable hits, not just based on their chart position. March 18, 20169 yr Love Spaceship & Explode - Cover Drive had a string of great single, shame they couldn't hang about for long! Very good top 5 there. I hope Playing With Fire wins as that is head & shoulders above all other N-Dubz track but also wouldn't mind No Regrets winning either.
March 19, 20169 yr Author #5: No Regrets 9.1 'Cause when I look in the mirror, I don't even recognise myself, Got the heart of a winner, but looking back at me is someone else,... WoImizvsj5w This is my King's Speech,: Lee, Spadz, Harry, Dobbo, burbe, Mack (10), Ultraviolence, Kuki Sanban (9), Haus (8) Breaking like a spinal chord: SamJudd (5) Now we have the first solo single and only #1 hit for Dappy with No Regrets. This was the first ever number one scored by N-Dubz or any member, other than Number 1 with Tinchy Stryder. It's definitely a deserved #1 for him, very powerful lyric writing in this one and the rapping/singing combo really works here, and seemed to please a wider audience than singles as a group, which might have been why this was able to get to #1. Though it hit the summit, it did not last terribly long in the charts as it spent a mere 15 weeks in the top 75. This is also the highest song in the rate to not have recieved an 11 :o Still in: http://i.snag.gy/790zT.jpg 3/19 http://i.snag.gy/hmyML.jpg 0/14 http://i.snag.gy/Md8Kd.jpg 1/6 Edited March 19, 20169 yr by Ethan Bradberry
March 19, 20169 yr Author #4: Strong Again 9.3 (Less 11s) 'Cause I, I never ever, ever, ever thought that it would ever get better, 'Cause I, I never ever, ever, ever thought that it would ever get better,... 7nj1Ck_k53U Thousands screaming our name: Harry (11), Ultraviolence, Dobbo, burbe, Haus (10), Spadz, Mack (9), SamJudd (8) Stuck serving the community: None :D Oh the mems  another strong single from the group now, but not so strong with the general British public who only supported it enough to reach #24. It did have longevity on its side though, spending an impressive 21 weeks in the top 75, which is one of the longest runs the group have managed to make :cheer: Still in: http://i.snag.gy/790zT.jpg 2/19 http://i.snag.gy/Md8Kd.jpg 1/6
March 19, 20169 yr No Regrets is amazing & one of the best #1s of 2011. Strong Again is a great tune to revisit now & then.
March 19, 20169 yr Author #3: Playing with Fire (feat. Mr Hudson) 9.3 (More 11s) 'Cause I'm such a good liar, woah, I can't help myself, I keep playing with fire,... S0QFLZCH3FI One big smile on my face: Lee, Dobbo (11), Spadz, Harry, burbe, Kuki Sanban, Mack (10), Haus (9), SamJudd (8) To many fish in the sea for me: Ultraviolence (4) This is probably my favourite N-Dubz track other than Number 1 so I'm of course thrilled to see it as high as #3  It spent one more week in the top 75 than Strong again: 22, and peaked at a decent #14 position. What I love most about this is that the lyrics are almost like they're having an arguement but singing at the same time  http://i.snag.gy/790zT.jpg VERSUS http://i.snag.gy/Md8Kd.jpg  Edited March 19, 20169 yr by Ethan Bradberry
March 19, 20169 yr Definitely their by miles  love the video too. Great to see in the top 3. Backing Number 1 for Number 1 now!
March 19, 20169 yr Author #2: Young 9.4 We live on the edge of life, we don't even compromise, We rush because we're out of time... eP_eI5T_deU We live on the edge of life: SamJudd, Kuki Sanban (11), Lee, Spadz, Harry, Dobbo, burbe, Haus (10)[/b] We're out of time: Ultraviolence (5) Tulisa does incredibly well in this rate, beating her other solo singles. Young marks the third #1 from an N-Dubz member, as well as her first and only #1 single. It spent 13 weeks in the top 75 also. I wasn't that keen on this at first but I grew to really love this. Such fun dance pop, magical production and it just screams "tune" :music:  Would probably have been my third 11 had I allowed for one! The only criticism I can make of it is that it is quite repetitive, as she keeps reminding her that she is young, like, we know already  Which means :funky: :winner: :no1: Number 1 (Tinchy Stryder feat. N-Dubz) 10 See never did I think a boy like me would be in need, When all I really wanted was to have some fun... Tc7W8Q-g9Lg Watch how it glistens: Spadz, SamJudd, Mack (11), Ultraviolence, Lee, Harry, Dobbo, burbe, Kuki Sanban (10)[/b] I'm in deep, flames, lava: None :D The title of the winning song definitely fits here :heehee: It became the biggest hit of any of the members singles, debuting and peaking at #3 for 3 weeks, and spending a lengthy 28 weeks in the top 75. It uses string in its production just like in We Dance On, and it's a massive track :music: one of my favourite number ones in general, seems as fresh today as it was back in 2009  brilliant winner tbh. Lee Wallace (5.8152) http://snag.gy/ORvbQ.jpg Next results will either be Pitbull or akon singles rate. I'll leave the Ariana one for after when Dangerous Woman (the album) is available :D
March 19, 20169 yr Akon singles would be great :yahoo: Thanks for hosting Brad! Edited March 19, 20169 yr by Dobbo
March 21, 20169 yr Results went as expected I think. They have a lot of killer singles and as much as I LOVE 'Young', 'Number 1' is their most iconic song. Would've liked 'I Need You' to make the top 5 and 'Ouch' is FAR too low :o #10: Girls I switch off the rolls: Lee (4) Lee not liking girls? Shock. ;o Thanks for hosting Spadz B-)
