21. The Saturdays - Up (Average Rating 8.67)

Highest Rating: Harry, Iz, Liam (11)

Lowest Rating: Micheal (5)

"Finest Selection, this could take us anywhere"

Surprisingly the track that people like Seven, Bre claim injustice for in this rate has criminally finished at #21 in the Girl group single rate. 'Up' received less 11's than the song at #20 which carries on the absolute injustice. I've never been a massive fan of 'Up' but I'll happily admit that I've grown to appreciate more over the last year or so. 'Up' was the single that helped make The Saturdays successful and it ensured that 'Chasing Lights' album campaign was seen as a major success, which isn't difficult considering the chart performance of 'Wordshaker', 'On Your Radar', 'Living For The Weekend' and 'Finest Selection'. 'Headlines was a success though which was helped from The Saturdays very own ITV show.

"Up" is a song by British-Irish recording girl group The Saturdays from their debut studio album, Chasing Lights (2008). It was co-written by the track's producers, Josef Larossi and Andreas Romdhane of Quiz & Larossi, in collaboration with Ina Wroldsen. "Up" was first released by Fascination and Polydor Records on 12 October 2008 as the second single from Chasing Lights. It was accompanied by a B-side entitled "Crashing Down"; originally recorded by the Nolans in 1982, and written by Benjamin Findon, Robert Puzey and Mike Myers, and produced by Jewels & Store The Saturdays previously collaborated with Ina Wroldsen for their debut single "If This Is Love", as well as 'My Heart Takes Over', 'Notorious', 'Work', 'Chasing Lights', 'Ego' and 'Higher' what an absolute queen this women is. The song is upbeat and, has prominent dance-pop and electropop genre characteristics. It contains lyrical influences from feelings of feminism and self-confidence in a personal relationship with your lover.

"Up" received mainly positive reviews from contemporary music critics. On 19 October 2008 it debuted at number five on the UK Singles Chart with sales of 26,593 in its first week of release. It became the group's second consecutive top ten hit in the United Kingdom and was certified Silver by the British Phonographic Industry. It was The Saturdays' best-selling single at that time, with sales of over 311,000 copies in the United Kingdom alone. The single became the group's first chart hit in Ireland where it peaked at number eleven, it also reached number 15 on the European Hot 100 Singles chart. 'Up' peaked at number two on iTunes but was pushed down due to charity singles and physical sales.

Popjustice ranked "Up" as the eighth best single of 2008 in its list of 'The Top 104 Singles of 2008'. The song was also used to back television advertisements and trailers for popular American television series, Ugly Betty

'Black Coffee' is wonderful, pretty underrated here but i'm glad the contrarians out there didn't lower its average too much ~

I've always loved 'Black Coffee' The production is fantastic and the harmonies are great as well. It does feel very underrated on here though, especially when compared to 'Pure Shores' (which is brilliant).

'Black Coffee' is probably my third favourite All Saints song after 'Pure Shores' and 'Never Ever'

Great to see Up so high, it's one of my faves from them that haven't got old :music:

"Black Magic" is a song by British girl group Little Mix. It was written by Camille Purcell, Ed Drewett, Edvard Forre Erfjord and Henrik Michelsen. The Norwegian production duo Electric, who previously worked on the group's second studio album Salute (2013), produced the single with Matt Rad, who is additional producer. It was released as the lead single from their third studio album, Get Weird on 21 May 2015. "Black Magic" received critical acclaim from critics, who praised its upbeat and catchy sound and compared it to songs from their debut album, DNA

The single topped the UK Singles Chart with combined sales of 113,000, making it the group's first single to top the chart since their 2012 single "Wings". The single also peaked within the top 10 of the charts in Ireland, Israel and Australia, achieving platinum certification in the latter. On the UK Singles Chart, "Black Magic" remained at the top of the chart for three weeks, becoming the first single by a girl group to do so since Sugababes's "About You Now" in October 2007. The song was nominated for Choice Love Song at the 2015 Teen Choice Awards. On 17 August 2015, the single debuted at 99 on the US Billboard Hot 100, before rising to number 68 the following week, subsequently becoming their highest peak on the chart thus far. In its third week in the Billboard Hot 100, "Black Magic" climbed one more place to reach a new peak of 67.

On 13 November 2015 the song was certified Platinum in the United Kingdom for sales exceeding 600,000. It became the first song by a girl group to be certified Platinum in the United Kingdom since "Jai Ho! (You Are My Destiny)" by A. R. Rahman and The Pussycat Dolls featuring Nicole Scherzinger in 2009.

Can anybody just do a recap. Theres a lot of pages.

"I wonder does it blow your mind, that i'm leaving you far behind"

"Ugly Heart" is the second single by American-British-Canadian girl group G.R.L. from their self-titled EP. The song features songwriting credits from Ryan Baharloo, Ester Dean, Lukasz Gottwald, John Charles Monds and Henry Walter, with production credits from Gottwald and Walter under their production monikers, Dr. Luke and Cirkut. The song was released on June 3, 2014 as the lead single from the EP. "Ugly Heart" is a guitar-driven pop song that also uses a ukulele to give it a country vibe.

The track centers on a guy who initially appears beautiful on the outside, but later displays his ugly side. The group thought a lot of women would be able to relate to the song and hoped it would inspire them to find someone who would treat them well. The song was met with general acclaim from critics. The song's accompanying music video was directed by Chris Marrs Piliero. It depicts the girls being arrested by the police, after they tattoo the word "ugly" on a man's face. It was watched 2.5 million times in less than a week following its release. "Ugly Heart" was the last single to be released by the group before band member Simone Battle's death on September 5, 2014

For the week commencing July 14, 2014, "Ugly Heart" debuted at number 41 on the ARIA Singles Chart in Australia. It reached a peak position of number 2. Ugly Heart also landed at No. 10 on The Australian 2014 Year End charts. The track reached a peak position of number 3 on the Official New Zealand Music Chart. In the United Kingdom, on the week after Battle's death, "Ugly Heart" debuted at number eleven on the UK Singles Chart due to lack of streaming and despite being at number 6 on the sales-only based version of the chart. Although the song did not chart on the Billboard Hot 100, it has sold over 113,000 copies in the United States

" Made from the best, he passes all the test"

"DNA" is a song recorded by British girl group Little Mix for their 2012 debut album of the same name. Released as the album's second single, the song was solicited to contemporary radio stations in the United Kingdom on 1 October 2012.
