Well what do you know, the song sounds even more lackluster in ballad form.

Why does Taylor still want to associate herself with the song considering she and Calvin had a very public split?

 

Without hearing that live version, I'm glad Riri was put on the studio version as I doubt Taylor could have done the vocal as well, even if she did write the lyrics.

Because she is a bitter woman and she wants everyone to know that she wrote it.

She still sounds bad live on pop songs. Her voice is much more suited to a Country-vibe.

 

The original version is still one of my fave songs of the year. Past the point where I think I'll be bored of it now.
