It’s time to confirm your entries!

To confirm, just fill in the Google Form http://goo.gl/forms/fs448Oq7rf before 23:59 on the 8th May 2016.

Here is a reminder of the rules once again:

1) The lead artist of your entry must be of your assigned country's nationality and still be based in that country.

2) Featured artists may be from any country, but will be judged on a case-by-case basis regarding their contribution to the track in question.

3) Previous Eurovision entries, or BJSC and BJSC spin-off entries will not be allowed.

VETOING

The vetoing will follow this three tier system:

1) If your country is the United Kingdom, Australia or Sweden the full BJSC Veto Framework will be applied to these entries. (The veto panel can have a go at applying the points themselves and then the moderators will double check the scores)

2) If your country is one of the remaining "big 5" or Nordic countries - Denmark, Finland, Norway, France, Germany, Italy or Spain - the entries will be formally double checked by both the moderators and the veto panel for songs that would typically be auto-vetoes or are clearly against the spirit of the contest.

3) If you country is one of the other 37 Eurovision countries, the framework won't be applied in any way to these entries but all entries will still be subject to approval from the veto panel and moderators to ensure there are no entries against the spirit of the contest.

The veto panel (Hushkanukia, Ultraviolenceland and Sandebörg) will take the lead in sorting out the vetoes and the moderators will just keep an eye out on what is going on via the spreadsheet.

Note: Those who haven't yet picked a country can still do so throughout the confirmation process :)

Just about to confirm, need to sort out the mp3 first ~

I'm sending another song by the artist I mentioned who had a psytrance song sampling SpongeBob SquarePants. And it's a banger. Serving 'Free Tibet' vibes except not quite as ~wild~.

I went through quite a few songs that I considered, some more strongly than others, but I think I have decided on a song (the second half especially is just so wonderful that I just can't *.*). I think I'm actually going to send another potential from this to the next regular contest!

Will confirm once I'm absolutely sure!

Confirmed - there's literally next to no accesible music from Cyprus so this one took me AGES to find, its quite good tho - definetly sounds Eurovision-esque

confirmed a track that would fit eurovision with some dance elements.
Sent some medieval-occult themed techno/deep house. Would scream if it found its way into Eurovision.

Argh, I'm now torn between Pony-themed trashy dance and High School Musical themed trashy dance, and also some really quite great Norwegian rap and some...odd but pretty striking Norwegian rap. Gah Norway, why must you do this?

(yes I am actually considering trashy dance, I'm impartial to a bit of it especially at Eurovision x)

Currently stuck between some chagra, a few weird old Bulgarian funk rock tracks and a whoooleee lot of that sort of Romanian dance-pop (technical term: slutpop). Particularly one fairly airy track from the latter category is standing out to me.

I'll decide later in the week.

Going for Real Housewife of Croatia upbeat bop on the beach tbh.

Omg the artist of my entry is now following me on SoundCloud and sent me a message thanking me for buying the song (I paid 99p for it on Bandcamp cos support the artists). I should tell him about this contest tbh xx

(might wait to see if it flops first)

((the song only has ~40 listens on SoundCloud and literally about half of them are me lmao))

Confirmed! So excited. Hope you guys like epic Hungarian folk rock  It's all about the second half people!

(For the mp3 download, it might be better to use the download button on the right hand side, because I think the orange one downloads the whole album)
