OKAY, LET US BE HONEST. This song is a certified bop until the Second verse which is 90% not Britney. If it was completely sung by Britney it would be the best pick for an up tempo release after 'Work Bitch'. The production is not an issue here, it's just the fact they used an unfinished demo and called on Myah Marie to put in vocals since Britney was too busy to be bothered. It's still a great track, but any decent Britney fan can tell its not her all the way through. I'm not gonna lie though, it's one of my favorites off the album. Especially that Dave Aude remix I posted.

Have I missed something with the 'Passenger' hate? Where did that come from?

'Dick Dick Boom' is awful but I still go back to it :music: Don't really feel strongly towards BMS but it's nice enough I guess.

Where did the Passenger LOVE come from? Mess

THIS. It's sub par even without the vocal mess.

One of the highlights off of 'Britney Jean' is this up tempo track, which could easily fit amongst the 'Femme Fatale' era. A touch of edm and dub step along with a haunting melody and set of lyrics. If the era had gone past just two singles, this would be my choice for the next single after 'Alien'. Imagine the music video

It just wouldn't be a proper Britney rate, if at least one bonus track didn't place higher than over half of the standard tracks. 'Now That I Found You' is a track penned by Britney, and I find the lyrics and vocals to be beautiful. However, the Avicci inspired chorus is lacking and in my opinion, comes off as unpolished. The pianist in the song sounds as if he is overdosing on adderall after a few too many vodka tonics. But, hey... you guys seem to love it. NOT SURPRISED YOU BUNCH OF HOT MESSES.

What an absolute gem. The best thing about this ballad is that it is unequivocally Britney. From the production to the vocals, it could mesh well into ANY Britney album/era. The song starts almost as if it's a modern and more mature version of 'Lucky'. The production is optimistic, yet the vocals are on the verge of depressing. 'Perfume' is not just a great Britney track, it's a nod to her previous eras and her giving her fans what they have been begging for. An amazing ballad. And regardless of chart positions, it's an outstanding song.

Perfume should be #2 and Work Bitch #1. If Alien is #1..

Great to see 'Now That I Found You' managed to make the top 4 behind those three! It's my personal favourite, ofc, but I'm not too mad at the top 3 as I thought that would be the top 3 all along.

'Work Bitch' surely has this won? I don't think I saw too many scores below a 9 for it!

By far the best non single off the album and according to Buzzjack, even more so! The album's opener is stunning. A track produced by William Orbit, the mastermind behind much of Madonna's critically acclaimed album "Ray of Light". Give a listen to Orbit's remix of his own creation and that becomes blatantly obvious. It sounds like it could fit into that album like a glove;

01. WORK BITCH

AVERAGE SCORE: 9.51 // TOTAL POINTS: 171

Take a look at that score average :o

GO CALL THE POLICE! GO CALL THE GOVERNOR. 'Work Bitch' is not just the lead single off of 'Britney Jean', it's also the only hit single off of the album as well. It opened to moderate success, but more telling is how the song continues to grow into the main frame and identity that is Britney Spears, with each passing day. A shout out to gay icon and queen of the queens, Ru Paul, this song has become such a huge part of Britney's career because it is a song tailored to please Britney's main audience, the very audience that kept Britney's career alive when Britney was unable, the gays. And boy, did she nail it on the head. From a thumping edm production tailored by Swedish House Mafia's Sebastian Ingrosso, to verses that are so insane, it's magical. "I'll make it bubble up, call me the bubbler, I am the bad bitch, the bitch that you're loving up". Building all the way to that orgasmic middle 8.

'Work Bitch' is not just a great song. It also symbolizes the very moment Britney started taking full interest and control over her career again. From slowly but surely becoming the spectacle of a performer she built her career upon, to taking control of her social media accounts and finally doing things on her terms.

'Work Bitch' symbolizes the return of the Britney we all fell in love with 18 years ago.

The perfect top 3! 'Alien' is absolutely gorgeous, the production, vocals but most of all the lyrics :'( So mystifying and powerful! Should've been a single although I guess sometimes good tracks stay good because they haven't been tarnished by being released and (subsequently) flopping. Maybe it was for the best? Either way, lovely song <3 'Work Bitch' the predictable but very well deserved winner~

I thought of you when posting Orbit's remix of 'Alien'. Love the mix, but still prefer the original.

Deserving top 3. They are leaps and bounds ahead of all the other songs on the album. Excluding my love for 'Brightest Morning Star'.
