Life Itself is great, I never got around to hearing their debut album so perhaps I should do that

There new single was premiered on Monday night by Huw Stephens!

This album is WITHOUT A DOUBT one of the musical highlights of the year. Second time playing it and I'm absolutely besotted with every single track. 'Season 2, Episode 3' is fantastic and so mellow which contrasts with the euphoria of the likes of 'Youth' and the instrument-heavy 'Poplar St.'.

 

I'm loving the inclusion of '[premade sandwiches]', too, it really highlight's their knack of standing out from the crowd with new ideas and initiative not many other modern bands have.

 

Just so in love with the whole album.

I got this as there was little else I'm interested in this week. Have only had one run through in the background so far but it sounded really inventive and rhythmical which I love, definitely thinking this will be something I return to quite a lot on first impressions.
