Also, I'm absolutely delighted to see the scum/Villa playing badly. Please get relegated.

Villa completely collapsed after we scored, they have such a soft underbelly. We were awful in the first half and made them look like Barcelona. We completely outplayed them in the second half though. Tammy Abraham looks some player.

Very surprised at Huddersfield, I would have predicted a relegation battle for them. Early days I know...

Nigel Pearson has been suspended pending internal investigation. He was sent home from the hotel he was staying at just hours ago by the chairman ahead of tonight's game with Cardiff.

We've turned into a right mess :(

So much for my theory that Pearson's comments about the lack of guaranteed commitment from his squad had something to do with his suspension..

From winning the Champions League with Chelsea back in 2012.

Four years on, Di Matteo has been sacked as manager of Aston Villa after 11 games.

I hope Villa keep their dirty mitts off Lee Johnson. <_<

Steve Cotterill is still available... ;)

With the way Villa are going, I wouldn't be surprised if they went down. Very poor start to the season indeed.

The match against Cardiff looks much harder now they've appointed Colin. :( Although it certainly adds that "extra spice" to the game. They also have fatty Lambert playing for them as well. :puke2:

Aston Villa are in talks with Steve Bruce as taking over as manager. That certainly won't be popular.

A move which won't be popular possibly in both ways, Steve Bruce is set to be named as Aston Villa manager.

Mad to think that are rumours that Steve McClaren could in talks over returning to Derby as manager.

He's officially back! I was annoyed in how he took his eye off the ball in his last 4 months with us in favour of Newcastle but aside from that, his reign in charge coincided with the most pleasure I've ever had watching a Derby team in my 10-15 years of supporting them. For that reason, I'm glad he's back if he can resurrect the exciting attacking football (and ultimately good results) we had for the majority of the 13/14 and 14/15 seasons.

Steve Bruce has joined as the new Aston Villa manager don't think that is a popular move there.

If he can produce the form like he did before he left for Newcastle, McClaren then Derby could be in good stead although he always be the 'Wally In The Brolly' for me and our disastrous Euro 2008 campaign
