Derby, Villa and Cardiff will probably start climbing up the table now.

Another reason to hate those Cardiff w*n**rs - they seem to like the bloody Gas! :puke2:

I think Villa will just accept anyone with proven experience right now regardless of their history. McLeish was obviously unpopular due to the fact he came directly from Brum & just wasn't very good really (granted he did win the League Cup) but got relegated twice as well.

We were awful tonight. Cardiff are a bit of a bogey team these days. :(

Alan Stubbs has been sacked as Rotherham manager.

Brentford's McCormack gets 5 match ban for comments made in April relating to a female match official.

Shocked by Caldwell going did so well to lead them back to the championship but in the bottom 3, thought he might have had longer tho!

Walter Zenga was also sacked yesterday as Wolves manager.

A great goal from Steve Sidwell for Brighton today :D

Nearly as good as bents goal for Derby

A great goal from Steve Sidwell for Brighton today :D

I had to watch that a couple of times. That is one goal he won't forget scoring in a hurry.

Preston's Jermaine Beckford and Eoin Doyle were both sent off for fighting each other in their defeat against Sheffield Wednesday.

Seen that it was no Dyer - Bowyer but funny all the same!

Not sure of the logic of the events at Birmingham City. Rowett has been sacked and Zola has been appointed.

Zola has not got a good track record as a manager from memory, relegation battle when he was with West Ham is what I seem to remember.

Ridiculous indeed regarding Birmingham City. We'll see what happens with Zola. New owners poking their noses in.

We got to 20 points relatively quickly, we seem to be taking forever to get to 30 points. :drama:

We've been utter w*** for 2 months now. Our last 11 games, 2 wins, 1 draw and 8 defeats. :(

Jonjo Shelvey has received a five match ban for racial abuse towards Wolves midfielder Romain Saiss back in September.

Back to the top of the table today and with a game in hand!
