Britney and Katy Perry rose just as fast this, if you look at the timeline by 8:30am they also were in the mid 20s, neither went anywhere in the charts this week.

 

Mind you Justin has a massive lead on the US iTunes, nearly double lead over #2.

Difference being Major Lazer are on streaming this week unlike Katy. Also the song has only been out for a few hours.

Not sure about #1 but they'll be strong first day streams. Probably only needs to be Top 20 on streaming to get #1 comfortably
