September 26, 20168 yr The only reason BBMA would win over this is because of the stage and the angles that kind of stage provides versus a festival stage. I liked the BBMA awards outfit more as well. But, when it comes to Britney THIS takes the f***ing cake. No nervous opening jitters like at Billboard. Bitch has REMEMBERED who the hell she is and killed it with her X factor alone, something that's been flickering on and off since 2004, up until now.
September 26, 20168 yr So she killed it. It was like the Billboard awards but she was 10x more confident Only performed 'Make Me' (with 'Me Myself & I') and 'DYWCO' tho. Also performed; Work Bitch Womanizer Slave Stronger You Drive Me Crazy Toxic And I feel like I'm forgetting one... It was very good. A little stale for fans since we all follow Vegas tho. DYWCO was performed during the live stream, I watched it!
September 26, 20168 yr She did perform DYWCO, it's just not in the YouTube video for some reason. I don't have an alternative link to hand, though. My favourite part is the outfit, it's really nice to get a break from leotards and I can't believe she went with pigtails. That's such an unusual look and it works so well.

September 27, 20168 yr Ok I know this thread has become my sanctuary to just stan out for that performance... but, holy f*** the more I watch the more I'm slayed. THE ELECTRICITY IS BACK this is the performance I have been waiting for since 2004. Everytime she has been announced to perform since 2007, I've rooted for her and loved the phenomenal music, but THIS is the first time where I watched it live with some friends that aren't even pop fans and I was proud! Never had to explain "oh she is very anxious but she will loosen up" or the BRITNEY SPEARS IS AT 100% we need some slightly better choreography. Even my -hetero that only loves metal- friend said he felt like it was 1999 again. As I'm savoring the moment in watching it for the first time, it's definitely in my top 5 Britney performances of all time. Really loved it. It was a moment. Excuse my stannage. September 27, 20168 yr She looked sensational. :heart: Like Umi said, I'm glad to see a change of outfit (not a leotard). The outfit / hair is such a throwback! *.* Really happy to see Britney's confidence level soaring from appearance to appearance. This was a relatively lengthy set for a non-Vegas appearance, and she was nailing her moves and her stage presence was palpable. (Although I did lol at her incredibly low-key exit once the set was complete :lol: ) Maybe a redundant comment: I'd really really like it if they could organise it so Britney could record some updated "performance vocals" for her older songs. I guess it's just never going to happen if it hasn't by now, but there's something quite jarring to hear her vocals coming straight out of 1999 (Crazy), immediately followed up by her 2016 vocals (Make Me). :kink: With the effort that is put into the performance's visuals from all involved, particularly Britney herself, it's just a shame not to go that extra mile.

September 27, 20168 yr Lmao yes! One comment said "nice to hear her natural voice instead of robotic vocals." Some people just associate her 17 year old vocals to her being live lol? Or the fact she isn't doing a song like 'I Wanna Go' with album vocals.
