Honey G is outstanding, genuine urban artist.

This.

The fact 2/3 or the 6 chairs left overs got through ib 1 category alone show mist of rhis is for contrived drama. They basically know who their top 3 are from the beginning.

i hate emily

I hate Relly. Forgettable and predictable.

Well, still can't believe Sharon got rid of James Wilson. He was the strongest act in the overs. Middle aged women would love and vote for him.

Thank God Honey G got through though.

I can see those 2 Relly and Saara in the first bottom 2 and I couldn't care less. I blame you my dear Sharon for your wrong choices.

Yeah, but I guess with him they don't want to watch him forget his words each week. It is embarrassing for the show and of course him.

That was my worry if he made the live finals, it would have been awful for him and would have no doubt happened

You hate her for being 'forgettable'? That's a bit extreme

And on James if I heard "i'm slightly dyslexic so I am incapable of doing ANYTHING" one more time I would've exploded. I work with some QUITE SERIOUSLY dyslexic children everyday and it's all about instilling confidence in them and getting them to persevere with spellings and readings despite the barriers. So many of them have other barriers and I really dislike and go against comments that he made that really would further dampen the spirits of children across the country that have it. They are able to achieve MORE THAN PLENTY so his stinking, thoughtless attitude can stay off our screens in my opinion. And for the fact he clearly is capable and is using it as some sort of weak sob story to drum up extra hype for himself. Glad he's gone.

^ exactly that, I worked with dyslexic kids every day at my last job and they never once moaned or complained that they couldn't do something, even one lad who I worked with every day who could barely read or spell anything. It's a really damning attitude to have and I'm glad it's not a sob story that's carried him far in the competition.

Also, best moment of the series so far:

I feel as though James was always like 'Looking at the lyrics I just couldn't remember them' but there is nothing stopping him from performing songs that he knew. Dyslexia is horrible, but I know people who have overcame it by adapting things to work in their favour. A boy in my Music class in high school listened to the songs and had someone tell him what keys and strings to play in order to learn pieces because he struggled with reading music and lyrics. I feel James did maybe dig himself a hole and could have been given better support from the producers
Yes James really had to go. It was borderline insulting to dyslexia to make it seem like being affected by dyslexia stopped you from doing basically everything... For the purpose of X Factor it doesn't affect you listening to and memorising a song, there are people from all walks of life who've had God knows what wrong with them and have made it much further than just judges houses in a singing competition WITHOUT moaning about their disadvantage at every available opportunity. If he wanted to make it, he should have learned to adapt ways of bettering his singing etc that got around his dyslexia, as said above there are plenty of ways to do that. He seemed to want to use it as an excuse rather than work around it and that's not an attitude that's really going to get you that far.

Meh! James didn't forget any word on 6 chairs challenge and Sharon's house.

During the Live Shows they have 3 or 4 days to memorize the entire song. So, I don't think this embarrassing moment would occur and I'm pretty sure he would be top 5 or top 6 at least.

So, the middle aged women will vote only for their 'pretty son' Matt Terry and he is going to win obviously. :P

Facebook have put up some 'fact files' of some of the contestants. I know it's early days and not many people are liking the posts but it could give a hint at who's popular:

5 After Midnight - 141 likes

Matt Terry - 111 likes

Brooks Way - 99 likes

Emily Middlemas - 89 likes

Ryan Lawrie - 79 likes

Freddy Parker - 78 likes

Gifty Louise - 76 likes

Saara Alto - 73 likes

Sam Lavery - 61 likes

Bratavio - 58 likes (69 dislikes)

Honey G - 58 likes (88 dislikes!!)

Relley C - 56 likes (seems she's so low cos she had barely any airtime, I imagine she'll be one of the first to get kicked out too so not sure what the point of putting her through was)

A lot is coming our about Honey G, she was one of the nation's top recruiters in business and has a degree and a Masters, plus she is a tennis champion  I am beginning to think this is a woman who is taking the piss and trying to make a comment that anyone can get through on X Factor, but for a Saturday night entertainment show I'd rather watch her than the likes of Emily or yet another boyband with 0 distinguishing features. I think I may begin to get irked if she outlasts too many of the singers I enjoy but I only really care about Saara and Gifty and I've resigned myself to Saara going first... She probably will wear on me every week but eh I'm really not fussed at the minute.

Of course Lidl JLS and most if the other generic male acts will fly through every week and the likes of Gifty and Saara will be hated.

  • 2 weeks later...

11 Four Of Diamonds - 15,904

Freddy probably got quite a big boost after being eliminated. Emily though

I would have expected 5 After Midnight to be a little more popular too

ouch at Four of Diamonds being last even with the hype of them coming back. well I guess there really is no point to them seeing as Little Mix exist and can sing/perform so much better.
What can only one girlband exist? Fifth Harmony's rabid fanbase teas. I do think their time will be up before long though, Louis gives no f***s and they do need that bit of nurtuting, they're not there on their own. They'd have done better I think say last year, or any other year without Louis f***ing up the groups  The way Louis was like "I listened to the public" when bringng them back makes it sound like he didn't really want to but didn't want to get shit for not doing it.

I think a Four of Diamonds/Ryan/Saara bottom 3 already looks very likely unless Four of Diamonds pull out something very special.

No but 4oD's sound is quite similar to Little Mix, except not as good.
