Massimo Taibi comes to mind, probably the worst goalkeeper in Man Utd's history.

 

It's difficult to gauge, this one. What may be considered a flop at a top club could probably ply his trade reasonably well at a recently promoted side. In terms of the worst player I've ever seen at my own club it would hands down have to be Bebe. Like seriously HOW DID THAT EVEN HAPPEN?
