Well I went it with low expectations & even they weren't met, sounding pretty dire on first listen really. What a terrible year he's having...

 

He'll never produce a masterpiece like How Deep Is Your Love ever again I suspect...

 

Having said that, I feel this *might* have more a chance of me changing my mind about it eventually than TIWYCF.

Disappointed with this. Weakest single for quite some time and sounds like a rehash of his earlier stuff.

Banal.

On the one side it's nice to not have a featured artist on this one and he's singing again, on the other side this is one of his worse singles to date.

It might grow on me later (I don't know yet, haven't heard it enough), but for now I'm not really interested in this song. :(

To be honest her last era was so bad imo that I wasn't really expecting anything fantastic from her :lol:

This is such an earworm - good to see it doing very well indeed on iTunes and Spotify, looks like it's shaping up to be a respectable hit for him :dance:

Quite disappointed by this :( Maybe it will grow over time but I was looking forward to having any vocal track from him!

Yeah the vocals are rather dull, the production is ok and might grow on me but it's pretty weak for his standards. I miss the 18 Months era :(

I love this. Really is Calvin at his most basic and on autopilot but it's great nonetheless.

Have always loved his voice.

This is so damn repetitive.

 

My favourite of his Outside, not because Ellie is on it but because the production is just fantastic. I'd love to hear that side of Calvin again.

I agree with a lot of what's been said, it's ok and enjoyable, but it really is an album track. That said it's Calvin Harris, he can release anything and it will go Top 10. By releasing a tropical house song after the summer, it's actually probably going to work in his favour.

I know I'm still in the minority but I really enjoy this. I don't find his vocal dull at all. Something I like about his vocal in this which I heard in 'I'm Not Alone' and 'Feels so Close', is that I get a sense of vulnerability in his voice.

 

 

That said it's Calvin Harris, he can release anything and it will go Top 10.

 

His last single went to #34.
