I suppose if Britney could reach #26 with a Grat, Gaga can do better.

A good grat CAN save the era though. Look what 'Do What U Want' did for the era! It prevented it from being an even more flop of an era after 'Venus' wasn't doing anything despite being announced as the 2nd single (IIRC).

yes Do What U Want was promoted from Grat to proper single and venus demoted...

I'm pretty sure 'Do What U Want' became the second single after the reaction to it, before anyone had heard 'Venus'.

pretty sure there was an online voting thing for the 2nd single, and Venus won, but then they ignored it and chose Do What U Want...
