I know right.

I hope it has some classics, some songs which haven't appeared on NOW or any compilation before and a sneak preview of NOW 98

I have no doubt it will be as awful as the cover.

Hope Ed Sheeran and Travis are both on there with their songs titled "Sing". Maybe not the former seeing as he's stopped allowing them to use his music for some unknown reason

they could have at least called it NOW! Karaoke.

NOW! That's What I Call Sing just looks and sounds so wrong. NOW! That's What I Call A Song teas.

If they go down that route though then one would expect a whole album of instrumentals which probably isn't going to sell well... unless it was like a PS4/Xbox release with a microphone.

This, to me, just seems like it's going to be one of those albums done so many times before full of 'sing-a-long' tracks for housework

With the Latin pop craze which is sweeping the world lately, they should follow in Ministry Of Sound's footsteps and release NOW Latino

These Now compilations are not as good as they used to be anymore :(. Just stick with the regular series and ditch the spin-offs I say.

Hmmm...so basically all of the other spin-offs rolled into one.

There are a few relatively interesting song choices though - If We Ever Meet Again, Suddenly I See and 5,6,7,8 are less overused than others.

I agree. I see the classic spin-offs which were released by EMI being sold for stupid amounts such as £20-£40 and todays spin-offs going straight in the bargain bin. They should concentrate on re-releasing 2-9 on CD

They should, there is a market for them amongst compellists and while they're at it, put them onto Spotify (can't find Now 48 on there).

These spin-offs of recent times don't even sell that well considering the sales of the regular volumes.

The only two songs I can see that weren't in the main series in the past (and possibly no other spin-off either) are;

Kelly Clarkson – Heartbeat Song

Toploader – Dancing In The Moonlight

The rest are just overused tracks with little appeal. :nocheer:

Heartbeat Song was on Now 90.

I've never seen such an unnecessary track listing in my life.

I was hoping for them to include one or two songs which will appear on NOW 98

NOW Million due for release on 13th October. I hope it only includes actual million sellers and not songs which only became million sellers due to streaming points and no songs which appeared on the 2014 version
I'm pretty sure it will include million sellers helped by streaming too, mainly so they can trot out the same old songs from the past three years yet again
