Unlikely considering it was only a promo single, but then they did include a Coldplay promo single once (Hypnotised).

Exactly and given that its parent album is a success, they might do that

Probably 90% of the same tracks from last year :P MK - 17 would be a good bet though tbh

Probably right about the MK guess.

I can see them sticking Tip Toe on there.

Now Running 2018 artwork reveal;

Any guesses on what new/current songs may feature?

I just hope it gives us a NOW 99 taster

Something I have noticed at this point from the list Dan made is that this volume is going to be a very male-dominated volume, with less than a quarter of the high charting hits being by a female artist or group. :unsure:

Dua, Mabel, RAYE, Camila, Sigrid, P!nk, Hailee and Anne-Marie are about it unless you count features by Rita, Jess Glynne, Ina Wroldsen and Cardi B. :o

If we get JT on NOW 99 which we most likely will, I reckon we’ll get “Say Something” instead of “Filthy”

This is going to be the first Now with no Little Mix for 3 years (since Now 90 in March 2015!). Wonder if they’ll be back in time for Now 100?

I wonder which artist has the most consecutive appearances?

I love this stat so much.
If neither The Cranberries or any Greatest Showman songs make it then this'll be the first Now tracklisting where I haven't knowingly heard any of the songs.

Girls Aloud with 13 consecutive appearances (54 to 66). Would’ve been 20 consecutive if they appeared on 67

They would have had 20 consecutive appearances but they’re absence from NOW 67 ruined that chance. They have 13 consecutive appearances (NOW 54 to NOW 66)

Like the predictions Wardy but here's what I'd change:

- I doubt they'll include both JT tracks, probably more likely 'Say Something' will be included and 'Filthy' left off especially after the BRITs supported chart boost

- As mentioned earlier Eminem is very funny about licensing so 'River' probably won't get featured

- They'll probably not bother with 'Heavy' either as Anne-Marie has 'Friends'

- 'Fields Of Gold' was too long ago and not much of a hit for NOW! to include in my opinion. They may also not bother with 'Golden Slumbers' as that's already forgotten about, being a John Lewis Christmas ad song.

- To replace those five I'd say the forthcoming Sigma/Paloma and 5SOS releases providing both are reasonable chart hits. You've also left off 'Bouff Daddy' (J Hus), 'Him & I' (G-Eazy) and 'Mine' (Bazzi) which I think are highly probable at this point.

Yeah, you may be right about that, and that’s ok as I’m not overly keen on either track.

Again, I do agree with you, and not a fan of the single either, so maybe another #1 omission.

That seems logical, but I feel a lack of female presence on this volume could trigger an inclusion like this one.

Again, valid points, and I think you are probably right about them both not being included.

I’m just cautious about including too much urban music on a Now volume what with Stormzy, Ramz, Not3s, Dave, NF, Drake, Steel Banglez, B Young, Post Malone, Kendrick Lamar, Kojo Funds, The Weeknd and others all making claims to be included. They surely will have to overlook some of the urban music out there right now.

Also, the following songs which were performed tonight at the Brit Awards are all now dead certs I would say;

Stormzy feat. MNEK – Blinded By Your Grace, Part 2

Justin Timberlake feat. Chris Stapleton – Say Something

Liam Payne & Rita Ora – For You

Possibly but urban music is very much the in thing at the moment so they have to include a fair amount of it, wouldn't surprise me if they put most of it on Disc 2 though.

I feel like J Hus, MIST, and Lil Pump will be excluded, maybe even Dave too. I doubt Drake will be on Now 99, he’ll likely leave God’s Plan to Now 100/101. A similar case can also be said for Kendrick/The Weeknd/SZA, Rita/Liam, and Keala Settle all being very recent soundtrack singles and highly possible exclusions.
