With Leona Lewis' inclusion on NOW Mum, I'm just glad that they chose "Run" instead of "Bleeding Love". From what I remember, they should have put "Run" on NOW 72 instead of "Forgive Me", which should have been on NOW 71

24th March is the release date. I hope they include one or two songs which will be on NOW 96 and a few classic running songs of course. I hope they also include a few 60s and 70s songs too and I bet they'll use some songs which appeared on The Nation's Favourite Running Songs

I hope it is so it would mean that it would definitely be on NOW 96 but they'll probably reuse "Lean On" for the 100th time

I've noticed that on the NOW Mum track list, "Flying Without Wings" has been replaced by "You Raise Me Up". Why replace a song of theirs which never appeared on the main series for a song of theirs which appeared on the main series? If they want to replace artists' songs, they should have done that for Clean Bandit by replacing "Rather Be" with "Rockabye"

The numbered albums are literally a licence to print money, they still sell insanely well and there'd be no point stopping them. I expect it's going to be a later announcement as Easter is comparatively late this year.

 

As for Now Mum, it seems to be up on pre-order on iTunes for only £5.99, I wonder if we'll start to get budget compilations from them now too!
