85. Little Mix - You Gotta Not

103. Charli XCX - After the Afterparty (feat. Lil Yachty)

In all honesty it's a promising start for all five big releases! Really good stuff :D

Louisa started very well, #35 now

confused about Emeli Sande's Breathing Underwater... is it a single or a Grat? cos it's R1 TOTD... have they moved on from Hurts?

Louisa to smash. Her new single is so good great. Now that LM have bagged the #1, I wouldn't mind if Louisa passes them. :kink:
Absolutely LOVE Louisa's new single, so fresh! Really hoping it can have an impact!

Louisa doing extremely well. I think most of us expected a slight struggle (at least up until the XF performance) and she'd just sneak into the top 10 but it's looking like she's going to reach #2 by the end of today based on this start and could even put Little Mix under a little pressure (and will probably pass them post XF). Shows that Forever Young's underperformance was completely down to the song and not her being a "default" winner that her voters didn't really care about that much.

I agree, the climb is astonishingly fast! I'm so pleased though, everyone totally wrote her off last Christmas, when the winner's single didn't go so smoothly.

Remember that there was a pre-order for So Good which might explain why it is climbing fast.

Pre-orders don't count though on iTunes and don't impact it, they're like invisible sales. (Unless, like on some rare occasions, they've been added by accident, that's happened before).

also nice to see Million Reasons at #15, nice carpool karaoke effect, although smaller than in the US where she's #1 now even beating Fake Love

Jonas Blue also climbing fast, at #32 now

Little Mix Grat #36

Prof Green #44

Charlie #70

new Emeli Sande #71

also it's a pity Louisa wasn't made TOTD on R1, she would be climbing even much higher, guess she'll be Monday's

not sure why they picked the Emeli Sande Grat as TOTD, sounds like total payola to me

I've mentioned this so many times before, but TOTD doesn't matter on Fridays, in fact it's better not to be TOTD, "NEW" music gets played loads throughout the day, often the same amount as the actual TOTD, so not being TOTD actually benefits you more as you often practically get the TOTD effect on two separate days.

I guess it must be the next single but with an impact date a few weeks away yet. I quite like the song.

Not sure what to make of Louisa's song yet, it's not terrible but it doesn't sound amazing. Probably need to give it a few more listens.

As a Pro Green fan, I'm a bit disappointed with 'One Eye On The Door', I thought he'd have gone for big ballady type lead single a la 'Lullaby' or 'Read All About It'.

When all of Skepta's singles went top 10 randomly teas

Really like Can I Be Him by James Arthur and By Your Side by Jonas Blue. So Good by Louisa is decent aswell.

Really like Louisa's new single, it could do rather well, top 5 is probably guaranteed after an X Factor performance on Sunday.

I just hope the X Factor winners track won't be as boring as Forever Young.

If Little Mix release their single on a Friday the track would have had a full week of sales, luckily for them they cracked it in the end.
